The "Ai Servi" apartment is located in Contra’ Oratorio dei Servi, one of the oldest and most evocative streets in the historic centre of Vicenza, next to Piazza dei Signori and the splendid Basilica Palladiana. It is very close to the most important museums and monuments: 3 minutes walk from the Civic Museum, the Olympic Theatre and the Naturalistic and Archaeological Museum; 1 minute from the Jewel Museum and 4 minutes from the Palladio Museum. Also convenient to Ospedale, Casa di cura Eretenia and Fiera.

The apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Vicenza in a well-served area. The apartment is about 80 sqm, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one double and one single), large open space living area with equipped kitchen. It is divided into two floors, first floor living area, accessible from the external stairs, and second floor sleeping area. A covered parking space (maximum height 1.8 m) with a type 2 charging station (up to 7 kW) is available for a fee. There is also a large outdoor terrace.

A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Casa Linda

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.
