Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. The rental is 12 km from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit, a small town of 8,637 inhabitants with a lake and the Notre-Dame-des-Marais aquatic center. La Ferté is located in the Perche hills, and other villages to visit in the Perche include Nogent-le-Rotrou, Belleme (18 km), and La Perrière. Other good places to visit. (Campfires prohibited.)

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
