Holiday rentals with a patio in Nogent-sur-Marne

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect place. Perfect value for money

We had an amazing time and it was such a Beautiful place and so easy to get to Gare de nord from the station which was only a 5 minute walk away

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the neighborhood feel. It felt like we were living in Paris and not on vacation. So many food shops, small bistros and a few bars. Ezequiel was very responsive to questions, easy to get into the apartment and the apartment felt safe and secure. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was perfect. It’s just as the pictures. If you’re travelling with a group or family, it could be the perfect solution. We had a vehicle so the parking worked out super easy for us, especially in Paris. The area where the apartment is super modern and new. We would stay there again for sure.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Great apartment, clean, bright. Accommodation and finding the apartment is extremely easy. Walking distance from Disneyland, or 5 minutes by bus. The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The most amazing thing for me and my family is the terrace overlooking a beautiful and quiet garden, after a long day, that was the best part. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and respond very quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will definitely look for you again the next time we visit Paris. I recommend this apartment!
