This was a lovely place to stay! Super communicative hosts who made everything very easy. Had everything I needed. Very centrally located and easy to get in and out. Can be a bit loud as you are right on a main road.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

Non seulement vous avez été réactifs et proactifs mais votre accueil nous a mis du baume au cœur. L’appartement est en parfaite conformité avec les photos. Il sent bon, il est accueillant, on se sent tout de suite chez nous. Elhem, vous avez pensé au moindre détail pour le confort de vos hôtes et il nous n’avons manqué de rien. On a ad❤️ré. Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Malgré une réservation tardive de notre part, Dayday c’est rendu disponible. Hôte très sympa, logement très propre avec de bon équipement dont le jacuzzi. Je recommande le logement !!

Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la communication fluide, l’arrivée flexible et tout le confort en place pour notre bout de chou. Encore merci!

Nous avons séjourné dans un véritable havre de paix. Ce gîte atypique, niché au cœur de la nature, nous a offert une déconnexion totale. Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui cherchent calme et authenticité.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Le logement de Margot est propre, accueillant et nous avons beaucoup aimé la déco. L'emplacement est idéal, car près de plusieurs commodités. L'autre a été très réactive et les instructions pour s'y rendre était assez précises. Nous avons également apprécié que l'arrivée soit flexible. Merci Margot de nous avoir donné un chez soi lors de notre séjour parisien.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.
