Not in Paris city, but a suburb town with multi-culturel community called Montreuil. **NO private parking, NOT recommended coming with a car. Sorry, but like to be honest **

500 m from the metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), you will be in 20 minutes in the center of PARIS. 19mn by taxi from ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE airport. Charming 1920 house of 40 m2 completely renovated by an architect. Very quiet and suburban neighborhood, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.
