Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Noisy-le-Sec

We loved our stay in Adrien’s beautiful apartment - it was so well designed and peaceful despite being in such a busy area (which we also loved - brilliant bars and restaurants nearby). We’d definitely stay again. Super clear communication and very helpful with everything we needed throughout the weekend.

Alban was very responsive, friendly and offered helpful tips. His English is very good so it was easy to communicate with him. Initially, we found the lock a bit tricky, so be sure to test it out first. It is located up one flight of stairs, but Alban was more than willing to help carry our bags up. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sitting area was nice with some cool decorations. The 1 bedroom had blackout drapes. The 2 other beds are in the living room. 2 full baths (1 with a very nice shower.) The location was great and felt safe, walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dame, The Siene, and many cafes. Alban let me keep my luggage in the unit while I toured on the last day, and then he carried my bag downstairs, waited with me for the Uber, which couldn't find the place, so he ran with me around corner to get a taxi. Over and above! Merci, Alban! I recommend and would return.

Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

Clean accommodation, nothing to say, quiet area, easy to access and easy to find. Shops nearby, RER, etc.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Montmartre! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment in Montmartre. It is exactly as in the pictures – clean, attractively decorated and equipped with every comfort. It immediately felt like home. The neighborhood and the surrounding area are buzzing with energy, with cozy streets full of food shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. On the Lime bikes, you can get where you want to go in no time, and they were ready everywhere nearby. A super fun and fast way to explore Paris. Julie responds quickly to questions and gave us great tips about the neighborhood. In short: this apartment is an absolute must for those who want to experience Paris!

Jeremie's apartment was a little slice of heaven nestled in the city. A true home away from home. The decor was charming and full of character, the kitchen was well equipped and perfectly suitable for our needs. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The bed and seating was comfortable. But the most stand out of all was the balcony, with some of the most amazing city views I've ever seen. We were blessed with glorious sunshine and warm evenings, which was an absolute delight every time. Watching the beautiful sunsets fall behind the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre was a true gift.

We loved our stay, have to understand that we rent an apartment from someone who lives there, so bcp of personal belongings are present there....a fan in the bedroom would have been appreciated , the terrace was very appreciated during the aperitif, unfortunately for us in the morning it was too cold to have coffee, more than charming area, bus and metro easy to access, Is what I recommend=Yes Would I go back =Yes

It was a lovely stay. Vincent, a relevant person, greeted us at home. This small apartment has all the amenities. We felt at home for 10 days. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Vincent carried one of our suitcases, thank you again. There is a bus stop just in front of the building. You need to take a bus to go to the city center, after the bus you can use the subway and train. The apartment is not far from the center of Paris, but you need to use the bus and metro. On this trip we made between May 13 and 23, the average temperature in Paris was 22:23 degrees. It rained lightly for a few days and the temperature dropped to 17:18 degrees. I thank Vincent for hosting me.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Everything was very nice. We were as comfortable as our own home. It was very valuable to have a separate entrance and to be alone. We reached the city center in 40 minutes. There is almost no walking between transfers. It was very good in every way.

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect secure place for a solo traveller/couple that is walking distance from the shops, train station and the Whitewater stadium. But most importantly Didier was extremely welcoming, helpful and very prompt with his responses. would recommend!!

I highly recommend this stay, the apartment is large and comfortable, it has all the necessary implements and the host responds quickly and guides you with questions about the visit. Although the apartment is not central, it is very well connected to transportation.

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Johans apartment. It has a good Location in Belleville, conveniently located right next to the Couronnes Metro station. On the 7th Floor of a big Apartment Building, it offered great views of the City from the big balcony and from the inside through the floor the cealing Windows all around. The interior of the apartment was really tastefully decorated, with loads of Art, Books, records, and other cool and funny stuff to discover. Also really cozy. Overall, a great Place to stay and a Perfect experience for our Paris trip. And Johan was a really nice host, always responded quickly and gave some good recommendations for local Restaurants without Event being pushy. We‘ll definitely try to stay here again if we ever visit Paris again.
