Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very satisfied with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

Diana's apartment is equipped with everything you could need, even food is partially provided. We were traveling with 2 children and Diana offered us a crib for our little one, as well as all doors and windows extra secured. However, what you should know is that the apartment is on the 5th floor WITHOUT an elevator and the windows are not renovated. That means some workout every day and unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but the shutters are dark. But all this did not bother us. Only the water quality left something to be desired with strong chlorine taste, but that is difficult to change. Overall, we liked it very much and we can highly recommend the apartment and surroundings for a stay as a family.

All reviews of this apartment give it an excellent score, es normal. We were staying a few days and when we arrived we were surprised how clean it was. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to make the stay super comfortable and pleasant, in the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, a bakery that opens at the very first hour and has different food products, press, etc. There is also a shop of typical products from Cantabria, restaurants, etc., the apartment is next to the promenade of the port and in 7 minutes you walk you put in the center of Laredo. It is supertranquilo, no noise, has an outdoor terrace in case you want to have breakfast outside, it is super equipped and communication with José L. has been very fluid, giving us details at all times about how to get to the apartment, access to it, etc., etc., etc. We have already recommended this apartment to friends from Laredo who have family members outside, and when we return, we will definitely repeat!.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Laura's apartment. It is well located, only 5 minutes walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped if you want to do self catering (which we didn't), clean and spacious, and the terrace is a real bonus, being south facing and private, with views of the sea and mountains. Communication with Laura was easy, and she was very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a break in Santander.

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go out of the city. There are several parking lots around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything. The apartment perfectly corresponds to the photos and everything is super clean and equipped. Raúl and Belén's attention magnificent. Totally recommended. We'll try to come back
