Renting out our spacious kids-friendly home approx. 35 min walk from old town, 12 min drive from the airport.  The gated semi-detached house has two floors - 2x bedrooms on top and living/kitchen area on the ground floor which leads to a private sunny terrace and a garden area, only available to the gated community. The garden has a great play area for kids - leaving you with a stress free terrace🧘🏼‍♀️ Ideal stay for a family or a group of friends.  Animal free house (in case of allergies).

Elutoas on palju päikesevalgust, ideaalne koht lõõgastumiseks, lisaks suur ekraan projektoriga filmide vaatamiseks. Üleval korrusel kaks hubast magamistuba. Maja ümbritseb privaatne aed ja maja vastas on Kivimäe rongi peatus, 15mint Vanalinna ja Balti Jaama.

Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

Room for up to 16 people

We have newly renovated rooms in a beautiful place just outside Tallinn. In total we have 3 rooms located in our office building. This house received "Beautiful Home Award" from the President of Estonia in year 2010. The rooms are usually used by our own employees, but most of the time they are available. During renovation we did our best to make the rooms as comfortable as possible (hotel grade high quality beds, newest 4K LG Smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high quality carpet, etc)

Quiet and secluded territory where you can grill, relaxing in the sunshine, playing different activity games in the bosom of family, friends or colleagues. Close enough to the center of Tallinn. What gives you the opportunity to make a mix of your travel. You can enjoy nature and walk in Old Town with all sightseeing.

Our cozy house with a traditional Estonian bath is perfect for a group of up to 26 people. 13 can sleep. Spacious rooms and a convenient layout will allow everyone to feel comfortable, and the bath will be a great place to relax and relax after a busy day. Surrounded by nature, the terrace will be the perfect outdoor area for socializing. This is a place where you can relax, spend time with friends and enjoy the atmosphere of coziness and warmth at any time of the year.

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Enjoy our modern home on a unique quiet residential street in the heart of Kopli, the new and happening hipster part of Tallinn. This is our home and we rent it out while we are travelling the world :). The house has a big private garden with the nature reserve and hiking trail starting from our back yard. The location is prime - quiet, but also well connected with the city centre, Noblessner, Telliskivi or with the tramway directly to or from the airport.

Kajamaa Holiday Home

Attractive, nature friendly place where you can relax and take time off. WiFi, 2 double-bed, sauna, swimming pool (during warmer seasons), grill, option to sit outside. We also offer additional services. It is possible to rent a hot tub for additional fee. During winter it can be used till 22.00-23.00 (depends on the day). Hot tub can't be rented if it's colder than -6 degrees. Gameroom in open from March to October for additional fee.
