Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just want time all to yourself, this is the place for you! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Recreation in the Waldviertel

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Horn basin in a small town and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. This apartment is ideally suited for 1 to 2 couples, as well as for families (2 adults and 2-3 children) or solo travelers. Baby crib and children's equipment available on request. There is a swimming pond on the property that is not fenced. Immediately after arrival, a local tax of €2.50 per person per night from the age of 16 is payable.

Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. Dingelberghof offers tranquility and relaxation, where deer often wander into the open garden. Despite the peaceful setting, it’s just one hour from Vienna Central Station, with good rail and road connections. The 130 sqm guest suite has a romantic courtyard on one side and a private garden with a sauna and shower on the other. The 16th-century walls, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, create a unique atmosphere.

Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. You have your own entrance, well-equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and fridge. Linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, books, Games, satellite TV and radio are provided.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.
