Very nice house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

It is a very nice apartment, well-equipped with everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable. The apartment building itself feels like a high-end hotel, with the rooftop infinity pool, which offer absolutely stunning views. The host was the most welcoming I've ever meet on Airbnb. Though it was a self-check-in, they provided incredibly helpful information to me. Including recommendations for excellent local spots like the JJ Market (a great weekend market in Chiang Mai), some nice restaurants, and very useful local tips. All of this info greatly enhanced my trip.

I rested comfortably. The location was a little disappointing, but I was able to go anywhere nearby by taxi or motorcycle.

Very happy to stay at Astra Skyriver Apartment, very convenient to stay, safe to travel, surrounded by 7/11 convenience store and KFC, apartment management is perfect and very safe, rooftop sky pool is also very satisfactory, will choose to stay again next time

I loved this place so much! So tranquil, I was so motivated, productive and inspired there. You can do yoga and in the garden and chill in the hot tub in the rain. This may have been my favorite Airbnb ever 😊 The host was kind and easy to communicate with, everything was perfect. I'm really grateful for this place.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The entire team that manages the property was so responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. There were plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The pool and lawn area were great with kids! The only note I would make is that I felt either a car or motorbike was absolutely necessary. There is a 7-eleven, pharmacy, and restaurant somewhat nearby, but the road is narrow and no sidewalk with the cars zooming by. It was doable but not encouraging for an everyday walk, especially if the weather wasn’t cooperating.

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Staying at Nicha’s Airbnb was like stepping into a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a vibrant city. Nestled in a delightful neighbourhood, it offered the best of both worlds—serene streets and easy access to the city’s finest shopping malls and eateries. Whether we were sipping morning coffee by the window or returning from a day out, the space embraced us with warmth and beauty. Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

Very close to Nimman No. 1, within 10 minutes walk to the restaurant and cafe, the decoration is very new, the bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, the air conditioning and air purifier make the indoor environment very comfortable, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the cleaning staff will come to clean and change the towels every two days.The small drawback is that you need to be familiar with the operation of the bathroom water heater. After 10:00 pm, you can only enter and exit the basement, and the route is dim. During the stay, the rooftop pool was not open for some reason.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai.
