The apartment is located in Nonio, 5 minutes from Omegna and 20 minutes from the fantastic Orta San Giulio, located on the heights of Lake Orta in a recently renovated ancient monastery from the 1800s. The property is located in the center of the village and is the starting point for various trips: Lakes Maggiore, Mergozzo and mountains. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The villa consists of two separate and independent accommodations, completely renovated in two levels. The first floor has a magnificent panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Orta and a vintage wooden balcony where you can spend cool summer evenings. Inside a large living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
