Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Nonthaburi

it's my 2nd time staying! highly recommended as this apartment is in a very peaceful local community area. 7-11 is just 5 mins walk away and malls are just mins of drive away. Great place to stay!

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

I recommend it. The photos are accurate, and the apartment is cozy and equipped with everything necessary. The only downside is that you can clearly hear the neighbors from the next apartment — though I suspect this is due to structural issues after the earthquake (there are visible cracks at the wall joints, which seem more like damage from a natural disaster than a flaw of the apartment itself). I believe the owner will fix it soon.

Amy's place was delightful, conveniently located near shops and equipped with all the necessities. She was an exceptional host, always quick to respond, with clear communication and straightforward instructions. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her guests and wasn't just focused on making money. I would definitely love to stay here again for a longer period😊 Thank you for everything Amy!

Apartament położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, dla mieszkańców budynku dostępna jest silownia oraz baseny, a także wewnętrzne, zielone patio. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest centrum handlowe BigC (warto poszukać w nim "baru mlecznego" FoodStory mają promocje na dania w cenie 29 bath, porcje są duże, a jedzenie naprawdę pyszne, w centrum jest też sklep spożywczy). W okolicy jest kilka street barów z pysznym jedzeniem, taxi do centrum kosztuje około 230 bath,, ale w poblizu jest też przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja metra. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu, polecamy z całego serca.

Charn is a gem, very friendly and caring. Stay is really good.

It was the best experience in such a wonderful accommodation.👍 The host guided us kindly, and the wonderful park view, fitness center, swimming pool, and other great facilities made our body and mind healthy. Chatuchak Park is great for jogging and walking with beautiful scenery. It is very convenient because the BTS train is in front of the building. The space is very clean and well-maintained, and the security of the building is very strict, so you can stay comfortably. There is a delicious Thai restaurant popular with locals in front of the building, and a small market where you can buy local food at a reasonable price is open for lunch and dinner, within 5 minutes walk. There are also modern restaurants nearby. Of course, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store right below the building. I highly recommend this place to you.👍👍👍

This place is really good. If you need quiet and private space, but still want some convenience of modern city life in Bangkok, this place is good. MRT is located at walkable distance. Park is also near to walk to. Bird is friendly. She gave me all the useful local information.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was very well kept, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is super convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the Pink Line Chaeng Wattana-Pak Kret 28 station, which made getting around the city really easy. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door for any quick snacks or essentials, and Central Chaengwattana shopping mall is only about an 8-minute walk away. The mall has plenty of food options, so I never had to worry about where to eat. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Very convenient location. Lots of local food shops around, right at the location. 7-11 and choices of laundry shop are right at the condo. The host is friendly and very responsive and supportive.

Wonderful stay, Heart was an awesome host and so helpful with recommendations for places to stay and eat. I did appreciate the location close to MRT and BTS hubs and felt the area was not “touristy”. The place was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Would definitely return and recommend.

Wer es ruhig mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wir mochten die Unterkunft sehr und haben einen Seven Eleven in der Nähe gehabt, was von Vorteil ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Wir hatten viel Spaß und hatten alles da was wir brauchten! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Austin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. :)

The house is very clean and tidy, and is cleaned every day. The bed is very big and comfortable to sleep on, and the house is fully stocked with daily necessities. The location of the house is also very convenient, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Purple Line subway station, and you can quickly get to the center of Bangkok by subway. The host PG   is very nice and enthusiastic, and helped me solve many problems of living in Bangkok. He is the best host I have ever met. I highly recommend his house. And I will keep to stay here.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.

Yummy and her mom surely are great hosts. The lovely house located in a very quiet neighborhood and safe. Thanks a lot for Yummy's mom to cook for me and invite me to join her for dinner at home. We had lovely chat ( body language mostly), but we managed to understand each other very well and I loved her accompany. Thank you all for the pretty gift. :)

Domes house was amazing. The place is huge and has everything you would ever need from a house including laser fast wifi. The community is quiet and friendly, gated with 24hr security, gym, and pool. Also, Dome is a great host. He showed us around and helped us whenever we needed something. Great guy. 5 stars!

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.
