Voor rustzoekers, levensgenieters, natuurliefhebbers en sportievelingen. Dit vakantiehuis op 2 km afstand van Groningen biedt je alle ruimte en comfort. Volledige privacy met een eigen tuin van ruim 2.000 m2 en toegang tot het wilde landgoedje van 20.000m2. Op het terrein woont de beheerder. Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

Keuken met 3pits gastel, koelkast met vriesvak, Een zitje met 2 fauteuils en een gashaard voor de koudere dagen. Een barretje waar je aan kunt ontbijten of eventueel werken. Overdekte buiten bar met uitzicht over de landerijen en het bos. De badkamer bevind zich in de oude stookhut voorzien van inloop douche, wc en wastafel. Kortom camperen met luxe!

In this cozy, large, unique caravan, the nature lover will feel very much at home. A private garden, surrounded by quiet meadows, forest and heath. The wood stove is very comfortable on cold days, you have to be able to stoke it! The caravan is 70 years old, has many authentic elements. Please note that the caravan is not insulated, on hot days it is very warm, but then you can sit outside, with a lot of shade. It also cools down quickly. In the bedroom there are screens and mosquito nets.

Gastenverblijf ‘De Kraanvogel’ De sfeervolle blokhut is te vinden op het erf van een woonboerderij en beschikt over een eigen oprit. Beschut onder een houtwal kijkt u richting het Fochtelooërveen en in de prachtig onderhouden tuin. Gedurende de zomer kan het uitzicht belemmerd worden door de groei van mais of een ander gewas. De blokhut bevat een slaap-, bad- en woonkamer en het geheel kan met een houtkachel verwarmd worden. U kunt zelf uw kopje koffie of thee zetten in de blokhut.

Large swimming pond. 2 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bicycles with child seats available for free and bicycles can be rented in the village. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Private parking, covered veranda. Groningen, Assen and Drachten are 25 minutes away by car. Veenhuizen (with the colonies of Weldadigheid), Norg and Bakkeveen are accessible by bicycle.

Slaapkamer 1 heeft een box spring, afmeting 1.40 x 1.90 meter. Op aanvraag: bedlinnen € 25,00 p/b en Badlinnen 10,00 p.p en keukenlinnen € 7,50. Per huisdier: € 50,00.
