The holiday home is spacious, luxuriously furnished with large kitchen just dining table and cozy living room. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with private air conditioning, private luxury bathroom with toilet and underfloor heating. Furthermore, there is a third small bedroom. Ideal is on-site parking. An apartment equipped with all comforts overlooking the meadows. The space is for private use with its own bathroom, toilet and bedroom. Furthermore, there is a sleeping loft accessible via a stepladder. The pantry is adjacent to the spacious dining/living room. The house has its own entrance, parking space and charging points for electric bicycles. Terraces on 2 sides of the BenB. The village of Eelde is 10 minutes away by bike and has all the amenities. For the time being, we do NOT serve breakfast.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

From this ideally located accommodation and 3 km from the house you can undertake all kinds of activities such as cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiccups, swimming, and shopping in Norg, Roden, Assen, Groningen or Zwolle. There are a number of dining options in Norg to enjoy a nice meal in the evenings. Put on your hiking boots and go spotting wildlife in the wild forests in Drenthe! Enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine on the spacious roof terrace or veranda.

Veenhuizen (with the colonies of Weldadigheid), Norg and Bakkeveen are accessible by bicycle.
