Wow! What an amazing week at 't Vaerkenskot! A beautifully renovated and restored pig barn! You can see it was a labour of love for Lukkie and Lambertus. What an amazing job they have done. The property was set in the gorgeous Zeeland countryside in a small peaceful Hamlet called Dreischor. They welcomed us with open arms and we immediately felt at home. Our dog Betsy normally takes time to adjust, but she felt at home instantly, which is a good sign! We felt we had enough privacy, but with the option to bump into our lovely neighbours we would say hello and chat when we wanted. Lambertus and Lukkie gave us great recommendations in the area. The property had all the amenities and was well kept, clean and with the most beautiful gardens! Although it rained (a lot!) during our stay, we kept warm and happy reading and enjoying the peaceful rest. There’s lots of things in area. Beaches and walks, beautiful cafes. We would stay again!! This place is great! Surround by paddocks with flowers, horses, chickens and vegetables, it’s the perfect place to have a getaway in the countryside. Everything on the island is close by, and it is beautiful. Marian was an amazing host, going above and beyond to help us each day and give us tips on where to visit. Vegetables and other produce from her garden were delicious, and we really felt welcome. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child, and the kitchen is equipped for you to be able to cook whatever you want. The bed was also very comfortable which is a huge plus. Overall, I can only say positive things about our stay, and we know that we will definitely come back!

I spent a wonderful week with my daughter in Dreischor. We were warmly welcomed by Annelies. Check-in was easy. We were surprised with fresh eggs from the house's own chickens. Everything is furnished with love for detail. We felt very, very comfortable and will definitely come back. The small quiet place is wonderful and you can do beautiful things both on foot and by bike. You can reach the water in 10 minutes by bike. Thank you for the lovely stay

The apartment looks like the pictures and matches the description. The private garden area is cozy and a great place to relax. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. From the apartment, the area can be explored by bike. We felt very comfortable.
