Amazing stay, we loved how close to the beach we were and how close to town, we walked everywhere! House was clean and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

If this gem of a place pops up as available in your search for Cape Town (CT) / CT Southern Suburbs ... do not hesitate book it. The views from the upper decks towards Simons Town Harbour and back onto the mountain range is divine, the pool pure bliss after a hot day. Danielle (hostess) is the most accommodating and utmost professional and soo on top of her game, a no fuss trouble free check in / check out ... Danielle was incredibly gracious and helpful when a the rest of our party hit a snag with their travel plans due to airport strike in Germany. So if it is home base for Greater Cape Town exploration or a snug spot for a winter wine and fireplace breakaway spot you seek in a quiet area, this is THE spot for you! Uber dead easy and convenient in the area, and you always have the added joy of hopping up and down the Southern Trainline. I can not wait to rebook this value for money little gem in the future again.

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.

Deirdré’s guest accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and there was everything you would need (and more) for a super-comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had an indoor fireplace, with plenty of wood supplied, and an outdoor long table and braai. It also had a lovely garden and great views of the mountain, especially from upstairs. Deirdré was a lovely host. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. There were clear instructions for self-check-in and detailed notes on how everything in the house works. All in all, a wonderful space, and we would definitely book again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

Daleen's cottage is an absolute gem! Loved it!

My husband and I had stayed in Loft Cottage last year, so were lucky enough to have already experienced Doreen's amazing Kutali Places - fabulous location, with amazing views, and perfect attention from a wonderful host! Unfortunately, we were only able to stay in Arum for one night on this occasion, because it exceded expectations, we would happily have stayed for several weeks! What a fabulous property - everything one could wish for. Extremely spacious, amazing for entertaining - we more than loved everything about Arum, and will definitely be returning for much longer in the near future!

Aidan has a beautiful place. It was a pleasure to stay at his home. We had all the amenities that we could ask for. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful home with a stunning view. We loved the proximity to the ocean and enjoyed the exclusive location uphill in Scarborough at the same timd. The house has everything we needed for our stay with 3 kids and 2 babies, with lots of extras upon request. The sunsets on the deck were just amazing and the kids loved the pool area. The communication with Tom and Anne was super quick and super easy and they were exceptionally helpful. We would definitely recommend this house to large families and/or group of friends. Just keep in mind that the walls/floors are not as soundproof as in Germany.

We had a wonderful stay at Hans holiday home. We loved all the space and the beautiful outside area., our 3 children had a great time in the swimming pool. We felt very comfortable and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this incredible Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need – from local snacks to fresh linens. The location was ideal – quiet and peaceful yet just a short walk from amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved watching the sunset each evening over the ocean. Our host was communicative, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. Every little detail – from the ambient lighting to the cozy bedding – showed how much care and love went into the home.

Firstly, what a view! Probably one of the best in South Africa! During both night and day. The hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive. All my needs were met, bet was comfy and so was the massive beanbag. Fishhoek beach was a stroll away and so was Kalkbay central in the other direction. Highly recommended if you want a super chill place to stay. Did I mention the view?!

We had a magical few days for a long weekend at Sue’s place. The house is perfectly situated, right on the beach, with the soothing sound of the waves as a constant background. The house is really well equipped with everything you need: a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with good linen, plenty of comfy couches and lovely outdoor seating too. And the most beautiful views from the deck. Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks Sue.

Here is the way to describe this: ‘My little slice of heaven - and I WILL be back’ Honestly - perfect. Everything you need, stunning location, great finishes - a super comfy couch that is beyond perfect for a night of Netflix! The air fryer…. What a win! Beyond happy! Thanks guys! I’ll be back!

Second time we have used this property. Jasmina is incredibly welcoming and responsive and she made sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and well located stay with a top tier host. Will certainly return.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The place is dog friendly which was great. Our hosts were extremely accommodating.

My mom and dad booked into uncle Roys place for 2 days and the view was beautiful, they enjoyed the stay there and the check-in and checkout was very easy. We never had a problem with communicating to uncle Roy because he responded immediately to all the messages. The is definitely a place to go if you are single or a couple needing a break.
