The apartment has a nice kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a private toilet/bath. The apartment is located on a farm, so there is an opportunity to meet some horses and chickens. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. There are good shopping opportunities and a bakery just 5 minutes by car. Djurssommerland is 15 km from the apartment.

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is private access by private road to a quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and the possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on-site. There is direct access to the apartment from the parking lot in the courtyard. The apartment is handicap-friendly. There are good cycling opportunities from the place along the coast.

Relax in lovely Bønnerup Strand in this nice vacation home for the small family or couple, and max. 4 people. We use the apartment privately, and want tenants who take care of the home, so it is always nice to be in. 20 minutes to Djurs Sommerland! Outdoor and indoor pool, fitness room, playground, table tennis, billiards, mini golf, barbecue area. A few hundred meters to the beach. In the area, there are lots of sights, castles, nature and activities. New shared laundry with card payment.

Boligen på Fælledvejen 1B har alt, hvad en familie har brug for: en lys stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt badeværelse og vaskemaskine. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, and it is accessible from the hallway. Next to the rooms are a common room, a bathroom and also a small tea kitchen with basic kitchen facilities (Kettle, fridge, toaster, two cooking plates etc., NO oven, only a microwave). Both rooms have access to a large terrace. Important note: it has an open staircase down to the ground level. IMPORTANT: Bedding and towels are not included in the price but can be arranged for 75 kr pr person.
