The cottage is just a short walk from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches, where there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, playing, and long walks along the water. The large, enclosed and secluded garden is perfect for both children and dogs, who can play freely while the adults enjoy the sun on the terrace or a quiet moment with a cup of coffee.

A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Djurs Sommerland, Lübker golf and Kattegatcentret are close by. Feel free to ask for a special price for a weekend stay with arrival on Friday or Sunday. - During the summer holidays, however, the changeover day is Saturday

Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
