We treasure our house and make use of it ourselves as much as we can. We care that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you'll help us with this. The price is not including electricity. Høloftet er en leilighed på ca 115 m2 med to stk soveværelser og en tagterrasse. Leiligheden fra 2008, ligger over Mariendal Mosteri Djursland produktionslokaler i en bindingsværks ejendom med stråtag fra år 1777. Hvor vi også har en lille økologisk æbleplantage. Ejendommen ligger i rolige omgivelser i Aalsrode, en lille landsby 10 km syd for Grenaa og centralt i forhold til Djurslands serværdigheder.
