This luxury wellness villa is a detached house in the woods with a spacious garden. The hot tub, sauna, heated outdoor bar (wood stove & heaters) are wonderful in summer and winter. Tap your beer at the bar, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the luxurious house inside. The villa features a spacious bathroom with bathtub, 3 bedrooms and spacious living room with large TV with cinema experience and Sonos. The villa is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the center of Appelscha.

Der „Oll Kohstall“ besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit altem Ständerwerk, drei charmanten Schlafzimmern, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche und einer Küche im besonderen Design. Das großzügige Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.

“Oasis” vacation home with sauna, very idyllic

Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

Ontbijt is optioneel bij te bestellen.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Live in nature. Idyllic country house with garden + sauna

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! In this unique vacation home, you can look out into nature from every room and experience a very special time. There are 2 double beds and a single bed for a total of 5 people. The cottage has a terrace and a large garden with a hot tub and sauna. The experience is rounded off by modern furnishings, an equipped kitchen and cozy beds.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
