With an hour by car to both Svolvær one way and Å the other. Just outside the apartment there are possibilities for nice mountain hikes. Stamsund also has both grocery stores, restaurant and coffee shop at walking distance.

If you walk a little way along the road you will come to the sherpatrappa, which takes you up to famous mountain peaks such as Svolværgeita, Frog, Djevelporten, Fløya, Blåtinden and Tuva. The views from the peaks are exceptionally beautiful! Enjoy the bright northern Norwegian summer evening and night under Svolvær's famous landmark, Svolværgeita! Close to the sea with opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Large lawn where the family or group of friends can play football and badminton. The place consists of a main cabin and an annex with large plating that connects both cabins. 10 minutes from Bjerkvik, and 25 minutes from Narvik. Sunny terrace in summer, or fire pit under the northern lights in winter.

Home with cats

I vårt familiehjem kan voksne eller familier bo i et rolig nabolag nært Leknes sentrum og midt i Lofoten. Huset har plen, uteleker, trampoline og huskestativ som kan brukes. Fire soverom med hver sine dobbelsenger, samt mulighet for babyseng og madrass på gulv. To av rommene tilhører døtrene våre på 10 og 13 år og har noen leker. Vi har mange brettspill, dvd/netflix, gitar og keyboard, så om været er dårlig kan dere nyte en hyggelig innekveld.

The lodge is placed right underneath the worlds Northern Lights oval, making it a perfect location to watch the green skies dancing outside – all from the comfort inside of our panoramic windows. The famous Segla peak is right in our backyard, and the hiking trail starts right outside our doorstep.
