We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was very spacious, had very good amenities. The beds were comfortable. Everything is clean and also modernly furnished. Parking space right in front of the door. Apartment on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. Highly recommended.

The stay was very pleasant. The property was as described and was clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. Overall a good experience – thank you so much!

Practically furnished, very quiet location, good atmosphere, great for retreats

We stayed with Christiane and Franz-Josef for the second time. Once again, it was excellent! The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Good beds. Good wifi. And a separate toilet and spacious bathroom. We visited the Christmas markets in Münster and this was a 15-minute drive so it is an ideal location to stay. Christiane was very quick in responding to questions.

Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a cozy feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. The garden as a whole and the individually used terrace were very nice! 👍

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. A great apartment equipped with everything you need. In addition, there is a large covered terrace and a garden, so that you can spend the afternoon and evening relaxing there, especially in summer temperatures. The reception by Andrea, Sebastian's mother, was very warm and the communication quick and very friendly. It was a very nice and relaxing stay.

A really great apartment, with a beautiful terrace and garden! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, nothing was missing. You can reach a very nice lake on foot to take a walk or swim. The landlords are extremely friendly.

I was in Roxel with a friend over the weekend and we both enjoyed our time in Nicolas' apartment. A beautiful, renovated old warehouse, super clean, great location in the middle of Roxel, well connected to Münster by car and buses. The kitchen equipment was also very good. And the communication with Nicola was extremely friendly, fast and accommodating with some helpful tips for the area. We will definitely come back. Thank you :)

Was great. Everything was as described and very nicely decorated. Mal should note that it is an attic apartment and accordingly could get very hot in the summer but due to the good draft it is not a problem in the evening. I would recommend it again and again!

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

I could give more than 5 stars if possible! Very very friendly, always available and ready to help! I can only recommend and will definitely come back :)

Beautiful lake park! The Vechtesee and the city center are within walking distance. The city is really great with many lakes and rivers, where you can take a nice kayak tour. Overall, it is also very quiet, with little traffic and lots of nature. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation! It's all new and clean. In summer at 32 degrees, the temperatures in the apartment were pleasant, although it is on the upper floor. We'll be back!

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. In short, everything was great!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The listing was exactly what we imagined and there was free food and drink. Simply wonderful!

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!

We had a great stay. The apartment was super clean and everything you needed was available. We felt right at home. In addition, the apartment was tastefully decorated. The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again. It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.

Great place, felt like a home with all the amenities needed to cook and clean, easy on street parking, and very quiet area. Faced some slight issues with the hot tub but no other worries
