BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Welcome to Mecklenburg on the Baltic Sea — in an orchard garden in a small village by a lake. The three-legged cat is called Traveller & loves guests. The shepherd’s wagons accommodate 1 to 4 (or 5) people. There’s a sunny terrace with a view of meadows, forest & pond, a fire pit, 3 bicycles & lots to discover. Nearby: forest (0.4 km), swimming lakes (1.5/4 km), hiking trail past churches (0.8 km), Baltic Sea (29 km), Schwerin, Wismar, Lübeck, horses & beautiful Mecklenburg countryside.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
