The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Quiet country apartment in the heart of Uckermark

Our small, lovingly renovated 56sqm apartment is part of our old brick house (former bakery) located in a beautiful and nature rich corner of the Uckermark. It is an ideal starting point for small day trips - in the immediate vicinity there are several swimming lakes, bicycle and hiking trails, old villages and many other tourist offers. In our village of Flieth there is a small regional shop with organic products from local farmers and a nice pub with a beer garden.

Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area with the adjoining, above-average well-equipped kitchen, invites you to linger even on rainy days. In the private garden, dining area, sun loungers and a grill are available.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
