Older cottage with modern extension

Experience mountain tranquility with a great view of Lake Ustevannet! Charming cabin with a new annex, close to hiking trails, ski slopes, and Hardangervidda, only 20 minutes to Geilo. A short route to Rallarvegen, starting at Haugastøl and going via Finse to end in Flåm. The cabin is located on Karistøltangen, by the railway, with some noise from the road and sound from the trains. Parking is available approximately 150 meters from the cabin. This is the place where family and good friends can retreat and enjoy wonderful experiences in scenic surroundings.

Newer cabin with amazing views

Great cabin at Synstevann (900 masl). You won't be missing anything here! Ready-made beds and towels are included. In winter you will find great ski slopes right outside the cabin door, and it is a short drive to the alpine resort. Spring/summer/autumn there is a short distance to nice trips, fishing, swimming, golf and trail biking. The cabin can accommodate two families, and there are new and good mattresses in all beds. Super location with magnificent views of Hardangervidda is this beautiful handmade cottage yard with 3 buildings. The main cabin has all facilities with shower, 1.5 bathrooms, modern kitchen with all appliances, 2 toilets and heat pump. There is a majestic view from every window with great ski slopes, good hiking trails and many small waters with good fishing. Only 30 min from Veggli/Rødberg and 90 min from Kongsberg, but when you arrive you will really feel that you are in the mountains. Less than 1 hour to the alpine center.

Large and cozy family cabin at Ustaoset

The cabin is located 5 km west of Ustaoset, about 100 meters from highway 7. Road all the way up which was plowed in the winter. There is amazing hiking terrain in summer and winter. The cabin is from 1950. It has been modernized and expanded in 2015. There are nice outdoor areas where you can enjoy the amazing view of Ustevann and Hardangervidda. A well-behaved dog is welcome. Guests must bring bed linen and towels. Guests must clean before departure, but may choose to use our regular help for washing (see below).

Cabin with boat space at 1000 meters altitude! Incredibly great location - overlooking Hallingskarvet. Short walkway to Highway 7 - in the middle between Oslo and Bergen. You can see the railway station at Haugastøl from the cabin. You also see towards Rallarveien - which must be Norway's finest bike path that goes to Finse and Flåm. If you want to go to the top of Hallingskarvet, the stone steps at Geilo are not that far away. With a little assistance, you can rent bicycles, kayaks and rowboats.

A peaceful location with magnificent view. The cabin is partially an old timber lodge, with an extension from 2006. A hallway, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom is at your disposal. Water and electricity is available. There is a cross country ski run adjacent to the property. Winterparking is 5-10 minutes away by cross country skis as the roads leading all the way to the cabin in summer, are ski runs in winter. "Cinderella Ecocat" incineration toilet. Bring sheets, bedding and towels.

Hi, welcome to us! We rent out our brand new dream cottage to adults and families with children. The cabin was completed in December 2022 and is of a high standard. The cabin has a fantastic view, and you get nature from all sides. Only a few meters from the cabin, ski slopes and hiking trails begin. There is plenty of space for 2 families with children. The cabin has several zones, so it is possible to have different activities at the same time or cover different needs.

The oldest part was fully modernized in 2024 and now offers a consistently high. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Tangen is a beautiful place where you can dream away in the view over Norefjorden. Traditional farm with a wooden granary and main house from the 1950s. There is a fireplace you can use below the house. The place is located right next to highway 40, easy to find. Communication with host Åshild takes place via message here in Airbnb. My mother will meet you and hand over the key to this unique and family-friendly place.
