Newly renovated 50-square-meter attic apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 highways can be reached in a few minutes. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

The Mediterranean-style apartment is located in the basement of our house. The separate entrance via an external staircase leads into the well-equipped kitchen. This is followed by the bedroom with double bed as well as hallway and bathroom. From the terrace you can see the pond and garden. With 2 bus lines and the S-Bahn you can reach the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Cologne. By car you can reach Düsseldorf in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bicycles for excursions in the area.

By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, About 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day.
