Relax with family or friends in this accommodation close to nature. The house is located 70 meters from the sea with a cozy promenade along the water. Plenty of outdoor areas in the summer for both eating and hanging out. Proximity to swimming areas & cozy barbecue area by the sea. SUP, canoe, 2 kayaks & 5 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is located in Pukavik, 10 minutes by car to Sölvesborg & Karlshamn. Proximity to bus stops for both towns. There is a bicycle path close by. The house is located at Alholmen's campground, which has a kiosk and a simple bistro.

The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This accommodation is located as you can see directly by the sea. The accommodation is modern and well equipped and what might brighten your stay is a large sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views. Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

You live centrally and peacefully in the house (86 m2) which is newly renovated except for the bathroom. The house has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Mörrumsån/2 grocery stores/Music Cafe'/Gallery Mobacken/Café Ljusagård/Laxens hus/train station/hiking trails/bicycle trails. It is 4.5 km to Elleholm's swimming area, which is located in a nature reserve. The golf course is 2.7 km away. Electric car charging is not allowed. You bring your own bed linen and towels.
