A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.
