Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Normandy

This is the second time we've come to Eléonore's, her artist's house is simply a little corner of paradise!

Great weekend in this beautiful Canadian wooden cabin, surrounded by a large garden. Quiet, surrounded by nature and with only animals as neighbors, the whole family loved this break! And for walks in the forest, access is just at the end of the road!! Remote communication with Emeric was very pleasant: he is very responsive and full of good recommendations!!

Beautiful cottage in a very quiet environment. The accommodation was perfectly clean, very well equipped, spacious. The private garden is very pleasant. The village is accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes with a bakery, etc. Very fluent and precise communication. Everything was perfect!

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

We felt very comfortable. Karine and her husband are great hosts who welcomed us warmly and kindly. The dog had a large area and could play and romp with the host's dog. We enjoyed the view, the large garden and the tranquility. It is a place of relaxation and well-being. We will be happy to come back.

Phillips and Annick's accommodation was a dream in a dream location. If we hadn't had other travel plans, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The house was so sparkling clean, we've never experienced that before. We were spoiled by the fantastic landscape and the view of the sea.

Lovely apartment. Great location for centre of Rouen. Host was fantastic. Parking car will test your skills - access is tight for anything but a small car.

Eva's apartment is awesome!!! It is beautiful, with character. Very well placed, clean, well equipped. Eva is adorable, accommodating! I recommend it 300%.

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

We recommend this accommodation: cozy, clean and tidy, room for business, good location, etc. Everything is done to make you feel at home, but better. There's even a nice electric fireplace. the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

Ludivine's accommodation corresponds in all respects to the description. My four friends and I loved the quality, especially of the veranda and the bedding. We are less than a ten-minute walk from the city center and the funicular. No problem to park and it's very quiet. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back.

The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

The villa perfectly matches the description on the site. The same applies to the equipment present. Everything was impeccable and we had a very good stay Michael was also available and gave good advice beforehand when we needed it

We went here for an extended family break with small kids. It was perfect! The garden was big with beautiful cherry trees that tasted absolutely delicious! There was so much space for the children to run around and a beautiful terrace so sit out on in the evenings. The house was perfect and kitted out for all we needed. There aren’t many amenities around so you have to drive to the shops but that was fine. The walk to the beach was lovely and only 1km away, the children loved playing there. Louise was very helpful and very responsive, the place was very clean and not cluttered. A very stylish house! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!
