Wonderful place in the woods! Primitive cottage -- that's the point -- with a luxury of silence and beauty around it. The cabin is warm, even when the surroundings are cold. Absolutely stunning scenery. We were there in April: singing ice, melting water, reindeer, birds, the nature in the process of waking during the snow. Lena is incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would love to go back!

Karin's cottage was cozy and comfortable, and the surroundings were scenic and peaceful. Karin herself was a very gracious and informative host. We really enjoyed our brief visit in Karin's cottage and Överkalix!

Perfect place to get away from stress, and instead stay in a cozy place in a very nicely renovated house. Nothing was missing and Henrietta was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
