We rent out part of our villa apartment in a semi-detached house on a quiet residential street in Østerbro. There is a 10-minute walk to an S-train station, 2 minutes to a bus stop, and you have access to part of our garden with a small terrace. The apartment consists of a large kitchen and living room in one level, a small bedroom and sleeping space in the basement. Bathroom up stairs with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a private entrance and free parking. Shopping is 100 meters away, and by S-train it is 8 minutes to the center of Copenhagen.

Use the house as a base for sightseeing in Copenhagen with family or friends. It is a peaceful home that is decorated cozy and stylish with lots of colors and joie de vivre. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen and space to have a nice vacation. There is both a garden in front of the house, where you can drink your morning coffee and behind the house, where you can eat your dinner in the sun (in summer). You can easily get to all of Copenhagen's restaurants and attractions by public transport or bicycle.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The space 140 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets - a shower. Kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
