Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Guest house near the lake at Bråviken, 30 m2, with access to swimming and jetty outside the door. The cottage is located on a shared plot with the owner, but is still quite secluded. The guest house consists of one room. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator freezer compartment induction stove and oven with microwave. Toilet shower. 2+2 sofa beds with a partition between the sofas. Porch under roof with table and chairs. Barbecue, there is also an electric lighter. You are responsible for the charcoal. Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on the property.

Åselstad cottage

The newly built Attefallshuset is located in the quiet area of Åselstad, Norrköping. The house is fully furnished with furniture, household goods, kitchen equipment and washing machine. The living area is 30 sqm and has direct access to the 15 sqm balcony with good sun exposure. In the area, there is proximity to forest, private swimming area and nice walking paths. Tram stop is within 700 meters. Parking space is available for one car.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you get to enjoy both nature and water. Here is Kanalmagasinet, where you can in the summer have a good dinner, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to the beach is about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
