Stegeborg's airfield is only 500 meters from the house and if you come by boat, there is both a harbor in front of the house and 900 meters away at Stegeborg's harbor tavern.

På nedanvåningen finns plats att blåsa upp en dubbelluftmadrass om man vill dela på sig ytterligare. 28 minuters bilfärd ifrån Kolmårdens djurpark, 5minuters promenad till mindre centrum (mataffär, pizzeria, apotek). Spårvagnen för linje 2 och 3 går inom 200m som med 15 minuters resa till tar dig till stadskärnan.

Bråvikens water is accessible within walking distance or you can take the car to a swimming area. Behind the house, there is a small forest where children have the opportunity to run freely. The house is next door to Bråvikens golf club. To Kolmården Zoo, it takes about 40 minutes by car.
