The main house has a double room and sleeping loft, the guest house has two double rooms with lovely views of the sea. Stendörren Nature Reserve is only a 1.8-kilometer walk from the house. At Bråviken's northern beach, you can swim in the sea and lakes, enjoy nature experiences and socialize in a large private garden. Nearby is Kvarsebo river with its pond, Kvarseboklinten and Kvarsebo sea swimming. The house is a 1950s villa of 83 sqm + 7 sqm glass veranda and guest house of 8.5 sqm. The main building has a large kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, living room, veranda overlooking Bråviken and sauna. Guests need to bring bed linens, bath towels and clean the house before check-out.

Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linens and towels).

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
