Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Adelaide

This was my second time staying at Cathy’s place, and once again, it was a great experience. The apartment is in a very convenient location — just a short walk to Chinatown, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Cathy is a wonderful host; communication was smooth and she responded quickly to any questions or requests. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or extended stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Eloise was a great host. Eloise reached out proactively prior to check in to ensure all plans were on track and to confirm arrival time and any parking needs. She was flexible, for our requirements and was extremely helpful in arranging access despite our odd arrival time. The property was as described - inside was neat, clean and and the bedrooms were spacious. Beds were really comfortable and place was well equipped in the kitchen / laundry and Internet. Location wise, close to lots of great bars and eateries in Adelaide, and walking distance to Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo and Rundle Mall. Thanks again, Eloise, for hosting and for all your help during my recent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s Place. It was clean, with a very comfortable bed, shower was excellent and great facilities especially the full sized fridge. We wish we were there in summer to enjoy the beautiful pool. Peter was easy to communicate with and he responded promptly. Gidget and Tommy our 2 Labradors enjoyed their stay, the outside area is beautifully tiled with a gorgeous garden but there is no grass for dogs to roll around on.

We had a lovely stay at Katherine's Airbnb. She was a super host - very responsive, helpful and generous. It was lovely to meet her after a long flight and have her show us to the apartment and explain things. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location opposite Rundle mall with some very very good food spots nearby. A short walk to the central markets if you want even more options. Plenty of coffee options around too. The apartment was the best equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at - without feeling cluttered or junked up. The kitchen was fully equipped - even down to nice plastic containers we could put lunch in to take with us for the kids. Speaking of traveling with the kids, this Airbnb was great for that. Katherine kindly provided a high chair, a portacot and toys which made our traveling so so much easier. The enclosed balcony was lovely at all times of the day, and we weren't scared of our toddler climbing off. Thank you Katherine! Highly highly recommended.

Brandon’s Airbnb was perfect for my partner and I. It is in a perfect location to walk around the city without being in the middle of the city chaos. We loved our stay here and Brandon and Elle were super helpful and made checking in and out ridiculously easy. Thank you for having us!

Jeremy's beautiful home was welcoming and cosy and we looked forward to getting back there after spending the day exploring Glenelg. We loved how everything was within walking distance which made traveling with children easy with a nearby playground, beach house, Mosely square and jetty road all within walking distance from the apartment. Jeremy's little thoughtful touches to the apartment for our stay were very much appreciated such as the bottle of Shiraz and chocolate on arrival and the beautiful complimentary body wash/shampoo which was all locally sourced. I had such a wonderful time with my little family and can't wait to visit again! (Maybe when the weather is warmer 😂) Thankyou Jeremy!

Jill and John were wonderful hosts with excellent communication right from the start. Lots of detailed instructions which made checking in a breeze, then recommendations for the local area including transport, restaurants and things to do. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure, a home away from home. Expect we will be booking here again in the future as opposed to our regular accomodation in town.

Very happy with Shells air bnb. She replied to messages very quickly and addressed issues promptly eg needed an extension cord and a tea pot and Shell supplied promptly. Would definitely stay there again...

Second time staying here and it was just as good this time as the first. Carole was very accommodating with my booking error, with needing more beds made. Perfect location for us and only a short walk to AEC. Highly recommend.

Ivan was very responsive when we had trouble turning on the stove. It was also very kind of him to extend us a couple more hours as we had a late flight to catch. It was a lovely and comfortable stay

We had a great weekend at Jane's lovely cottage. Checkin was a breeze as we just walked in and the key was waiting for us on the kitchen bench. The interior was well designed and spacious with everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The cottage was just a short drive to Stirling and Hahndorf where we strolled through shops and tried their excellent restaurants under the autumn foliage. All in all, we felt like we have just spent a weekend in a friend's house.

Gina was an amazing host, and was gracious with allowing myself and my wedding party to use her home to get ready in before my wedding (along with many other people coming and going). She went out of her way to ensure her garden was beautifully manicured to allow for wedding photos, and we really appreciate it. Her communication was excellent as well.

We had a fabulous weekend at Kath’s place in Hahndorf. This beautifully renovated cottage is both cute and modern. The wood fire is perfect for the cold nights, the beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. It’s walking distance to the main strip and close driving proximity to a good range of wineries and other activities. Kath communicated very well and is a great host. Highly recommend!

Emma's place was wonderful. Astoundingly well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. We did not have a dog to bring, just ourselves. Any reservations we had that the place would be more animal focused and maybe a bit too 'hairy' were unfounded. The place was pristine clean, smelt fresh and welcoming, and was the perfect place to chill out. We will definitely be back to Emma's place again!

perfect for 3groups,we were 6 people. the street is full of heritage listed houses ,strolling around was an absolute delight, walk to cafes ,close to city our stay was exactly what we had hoped for kitchen had all that was needed to make breakfasts and dining area a lovely spot to congregate .coffee machine handy 1 ensuited bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs , each with a bathroom, and a spare toilet downstairs. bed linen crisp and beds comfortable. plenty of hot water, central heating worked well it is definitely a modern home but is in a setting amongst antique houses in an old tree lined wide street . Could not find better for 6 people for a stay in Adelaide.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable clean beautifully designed. Easy walking to jetty road. Will definitely rebook next time in Adelaide. Great communication, kind, friendly, allowed us to check in earlier. Best booking on Airbnb to date for me. Thank you Natalie.

Apartment was perfectly located in leafy Hindmarsh Square—quiet, safe, and just steps from Rundle Mall. Great pub and restaurant right downstairs. Super convenient and ideal for a city stay. The location felt incredibly safe, even at night, and it was always easy to pop out for a bite to eat or just enjoy a walk through the square. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring Adelaide. I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone wanting to experience the best of the city while enjoying a peaceful, green setting!

The house was very comfortable and Wru central location. Mary and Mark were very responsive and provided all the amenities! Really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend to friends and family coming to Adelaide!

We had a fantastic stay at this North Adelaide apartment. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location on Melbourne Street couldn’t have been better, with fantastic restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep, making it so easy to enjoy the area. Linda was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials was very much appreciated, and the chocolates were such a thoughtful touch. Having access to the secure, gated car park was also invaluable, giving us complete peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Adelaide – 5 Stars! I stayed here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right at my fingertips. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the Central Market, and public transport. Despite being in the heart of Adelaide, the apartment was peaceful and quiet — a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the balcony views were a lovely bonus. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Adelaide for work or leisure. A real gem!

Danielle’s place exceeded all expectations—it was even better than the photos! We initially booked for 3 nights but loved it so much, we extended our stay by 2 more. The unit is literally beachfront; you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It’s in a perfect, walkable location with easy access to everything. We took the tram from Jetty Road in Glenelg to the Adelaide CBD almost daily and joined wine tours that picked us up right in Glenelg. Danielle thoughtfully provided milk and coffee, and the espresso machine was a great touch. She was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had!

We had a really nice stay at Rebecca’s! The accommodation is beautiful, well maintained and clean as described. We had everything we need and the area is peaceful and quiet :)

As a veteran ABB guest I would have to rate my stay here as in my top 3 so far. And I have been to many over South Australia! The shower head was awesome. I've never had a shower 🚿 like it! And the bed was the best I've slept on. They also had Netflix which was awesome. They also let me check in earlier due to an open slot the day before arriving. 9.7 from me. Thanks ladies🖖
