Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Charleston

Had a wonderful time. Her place was so adorable and very roomy. Brooke provided everything that makes you feel like you are at home. The location is in a great neighborhood. We decided to stay there because we didn't want to stay in Charleston because there were other areas we wanted to check out. The location was perfect.

This was our first visit to Charleston, and Tennille’s place made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The house was very cozy, clean and spacious. I enjoyed reading in the sunroom, and my kids loved the outdoor games she had out in the shed. We were about 20 minutes outside of Charleston, but were a central location for other tourist attractions as well. Communication with Tennille was prompt and always friendly and helpful. She gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and we took her up on Magnolias in downtown Charleston. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Tennille. We are appreciative for your hospitality!

I enjoyed my stay at this Bnb with my spouse and two small children. The hosts are accommodating and messaged me prior and throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The house is well equipped for families providing beach equipment and games. The neighborhood is quiet and the house itself is very lovely inside. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils to enjoy home cooked meals. Bathrooms were fully stocked and towels are very soft. I also enjoyed a feature some bnbs miss such as outlets on both sides of the bed and laundry detergent! Little touches like this make a difference !

Quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to beaches, downtown Charleston, and a great playground. Can’t say enough about the playground, the grand kids loved it!

Our family of 5 came for a quick weekend away - this home was the perfect place to accommodate us all for our stay. Kathy and Todd were so quick to respond to any questions (primarily were in regard to restaurant recommendations of which they went above and beyond to provide). House was very clean - plenty of room for my husband and I, and our three teenage boys. Centrally located - plenty of stuff to do around Park Circle, and only about 18 mins out from downtown. We were so pleased with this stay - we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place with a great host!

We very much enjoyed staying here! Fiona’s pre-arrival details contained all the information we needed. The place was decorated nicely, very clean, and the toiletries were high quality. The large screen TV, which blended in with the furnishings, had a nice streaming interface. Numerous restaurants are located just half a mile away and you can walk through the neighborhood or drive to get there. I also liked that the quickest route had a sidewalk all the way. We especially liked the Odd Duck Market for breakfast and Southern Roots Smokehouse for dinner. We also appreciated the quick access to I-526 and I-26 to help get us to wedding events at Folly Beach and John’s Island as well as touring Fort Moultrie which were all, even though located south of Charleston, less than 30 minutes away. I also appreciated that an EV Supercharger was located only a few minutes away, too.

I will definitely return to Kerim’s place if I’m in the area. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was home. He was an awesome host!

A nice, cozy and clean place.

Matt’s place is as advertised! Not only were within walking distance of amazing restaurants and coffee shops, we were also able to avoid Uber costs to and from the Highwater Festival at Riverfront Park due to our proximity. We will be back next year!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a night after a concert in Charleston. Deborah was an amazing host making sure everything went smoothly. The bed was very comfy and the bagels for breakfast were appreciated. I would definitely stay again if I visited the area.

we always try to have nice rentals wherever we travel. The attention to details here was exceptional. I said I thought it was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed. Very clean and well decorated. loved the coffee maker and the basket of k cups already waiting. Everything felt like a hotel suite but better..IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A DOG. They're has never been such a perfect place for someone traveling with there dog. The backyard is perfect for them and theirs a dogpark 5 minutes away. Theirs also a little park in front of the apartment. I've never seen a neighborhood with so many people out walking their dogs. This has to be the most pet friendly inviting place on earth lol I took our dog to the dogpark multiple times because it was so close to the rental. Down town Charleston wasnt far away either we did plenty of sight seeing. The Aquarium was maybe 20 minutes away? perfect location and a perfect rental! A plus plus plus...

Julia and Joan + their Airbnb was perfect!! They were so unbelievably friendly and always responsive. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need for your trip and was just the right size for us. The area is awesome with some pretty good restaurants, with downtown Charleston being super accessible. We 100% recommend!!

This place was great! I was very happy she had a blow dryer available so I didn’t have to pack mine. The space was clean and easy to access. She did a great job explaining where to park and how to get to the space. The neighborhood is peaceful and a quick drive into Charleston.

When staying at Logan‘s place we were met with such hospitality even before we checked in. Having two young kids the days plans were up in the air. Logan allowed us to check in a little bit early so we didn’t have toddler mental breakdowns on our hands! It was beyond helpful! Logan space is a 10 out of 10 in all categories. It is the most organized Airbnb I have ever been to. The Airbnb itself is so cozy, the beds are comfortable in the shower Pressure is out of this world! We really enjoyed our overnight here and will absolutely be back!! Thank you to Logan and his wife for making our stay so enjoyable before it ever really even started!

This place was amazing and perfect for our family!! It smelled amazing when we walked in the door and everything was super clean. We felt right at home. Rob was very responsive and helpful and easy to work with. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming of us!! Highly recommend staying here!!

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

This was a wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Craig's place and it had all the necessary amenities for a great weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and I especially loved how clean the place smelled when we first checked in. It was easy to relax in such a clean and inviting space and we'll definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

I was very pleased with everything about the property. Hiroko is a wonderful host. He quickly responds to any and all questions. He has very clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. This made for a stress free get away

Jennifer and Chase were quick to respond to any hiccups that we encountered. The location of the condo was perfect for what we were there for. It was easy to access the beach and a very close walk to the pool. The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful and the overall area felt safe. We loved walking to the ice cream shop and having dole whip. The Acme restaurant was also an easy walk from the condo and I would recommend trying it. There’s a grocery store within a 4 minute drive and the location is close enough to do a nice day trip in Charleston. The coffee shop down the street from the condo wasn’t my cup of tea, but they were friendly and if you just need a quick pick me up it’ll do the trick. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back the Sea Cabins.
