Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in North Coast

We very much enjoyed staying at Ann's Casabella. It is in a fun part of town (Temescal) and walking distance from the Bart station. We felt safe overall and wish we could have stayed longer. Ann was kind enough to give us an orientation when we first arrived, giving us tips about the property that we wouldn't have known on our own. Ann has specific instructions for check-in, just follow them and you'll be fine! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the internet was fast and reliable- perfect for my husband who worked from home during our stay. Our unit was cozy, with a nice seating area out front and a large tree by the sidewalk that provided privacy from the street. Ann supplied us with everything we needed and gave us space. She was also kind enough to share one of the many books she's written with me. Thankyou, Ann, for a lovely stay!

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Brenda and Monty were amazing hosts. They were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was safe. We were there during the holidays and a lot of neighbors put up fun decorations. The unit was quiet and as described. The kitchenette was nicely set up. The internet and cable connections were strong. We stayed for three months. It was a great place to come after work.

Apartment was fantastic. Enjoyed walking to the local brewery. We then had a family grill in the quiet backyard - its a really comfy setup.

Great location, cozy and easy. Definitely recommend.

Our hosts showed us much kindness and the place is wonderful. It's comfortable and within a 2 minute walk from downtown. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. 10/10

Jason and Liz were great hosts! They welcomed us and went out of their way to provide everything we needed for a wonderful mother/daughter get away in the beautiful redwoods. The place was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Just across the street we enjoyed relaxing on the river and watch an Osprey mother fish in the river and then return to her nest to feed her or her chicks. We had a front row seat to this amazing nature experience. Soaking the in the hot tub every morning and evening surround by the giant trees was incredible. We are already planning our next trip to this amazing guesthouse.

How do I start!? Me and my wife took a trip to Fort Bragg for the week because I had not been in a long time and she had never visited the area. The home was easy to find, Sheri and Jason always responded and were extremely helpful, and the home literally had everything you can think of.. and I mean everything! Hands down one of the best Airbnb or VRBO stays we have ever had. The bikes in the shed were an amazing addition since riding the bluffs and going beach to beach and into town on them was the best part of our trip. The home offered games galore, plus a hot tub and fire pit with a smoker. We enjoyed every second and used every amenity and man, they had every amenity, worth every penny. We can’t wait to visit again someday!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's of all time !! The location is perfect - serene, private, and quiet all while being just around the corner from tons of wineries and Healdsburg square. The space is so clean, spacious, and has amazing natural light. We spent lots of time on the deck overlooking the wineries and beautiful trees. The house was stocked with everything you might need along with a beautiful wine bar with glasses, decanter, and more :) This was a family trip with me and my husband and my parents. Both couples had our own bedroom and bathroom - and lots of space to gather. Will fore sure be recommending and coming back when in the area!

Great home in a very private setting with nice views. House is in great shape and has all the amenities listed. Host provides lots of great recommendations and is very responsive. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!!

Nice, cozy little downstairs unit. Very quiet, and lots of nature around. Saw lots of birds, a few foxes and even had a glimpse of a mountain lion. All in all we had a very nice day. Thank you Thyme!

Oh my goodness highly recommend. This was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable. Awesome view. The kids just loved it. Definitely coming back.

This was our second stay, and we once again really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Caitlin! We highly recommend choosing this as a home base for area activities. If you enjoy easy river kayaking, this is a great central location for kayaking on the Trinity River.

The place was clean and well stocked. We had a great time BBQing one night and enjoyed the hot tub. It is close to wineries and other attractions. The host was very communicative and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this home for stay if you are visiting Santa Rosa.
