Thank you very much to Jarek, Joanna, Oliwia and the team for a lovely stay at this property. Everything was to a very high standard and was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

We came to stay in Cleethorpes sadly to attend my aunts funeral. So only stayed one night. Andy's place was perfect especially for my 86 year old mum and I. It was quiet but accessible to everything. We did manage to get down to the pier where my aunt liked to visit. It was a beautiful day and a perfect send off. We slept well in the very comfortable beds and if we ever visit Cleethorpes again we would definitely stay here again. Andy was very helpful with everything we needed. The only thing missing was a sponge/green scrubber to do the washing up with :) Thank you Andy :)

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Lovely weekend away at this property. We were allowed to take more than one dog which was great for us as a group of friends with dogs. Large property, well equipped. location was nice we ate at The New Inn food was very nice. James was very helpful and kept in touch with us. Stairs are rather steep and tight so have to be careful. Garden was secure and had a suntrap. We travelled to mablethorpe and cleethorpes for the beaches although sea a very very long way out at cleethorpes area. Would stay again.

Sam's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for my stay while working in the surrounding area. Very comfortable and felt at home straight away, clean, tidy and very easy to find with allocated parking space. Highly recommended.

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

The flat was airy and elegant with an unexpected bonus of beautiful shared gardens around the apartment building. It had lovely period features styled in a modern scheme, with high ceilings and a sense of space. It was very nice indeed to have two bathrooms. We didn’t like that the guest WiFi had no password. We liked the security arrangements on the building and the apartment itself, and parking was very convenient, as was the location near the centre of town. Helen was a great host and sorted out a small problem for us in super-quick time. We had the feeling she would be there if we needed anything but was not obtrusive in any way.

A great base in the centre of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and takeaways. Very easy to find too. Parking is on the street but in the week I was there I had no trouble parking close to the flat. Couldn’t find a thermostat for heating, mainly to dry towels ect and the tv has no aerial so viewing is limited to a few online channels, although access to your private Netflix and prime are available too. Definitely stay again!

Had an amazing 2 night stay, and loved everything about the place. The location was great, parking was available, beds were comfy, and the apartment had all we needed as a base for a couple of days break. Will be looking to book again in the summer for a couple more nights away.

enjoyed our stay, thank you. right next to a fish and chips shop a couple of great bars within walking distance and directly on the sea front. the flat has a lovely outside seating area, big bonus is private parking. bed was super comfy. we will be back

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

Just returned from 2 nights stay. The apartment is centrally located in Cleethorpes so everywhere is within walking distance. Apartment has everything you might need for a few days away. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was very straight forward. Thank you for a relaxing couple of days.

I know cleethorpes very well as I was born there and I travel back regularly so I can say I know the area and accommodation well. This is in a prime spot close to a busy shopping avenue (all the shops, bars, cafes etc you need) and just a short walk to the branch and pier. Despite this the accommodation itself is very peaceful and quiet. Spotlessly clean with a sink, full size fridge (not a mini fridge) and microwave in your room which is handy. Full access to a fully working and equipped kitchen with hob, oven, all the pots and pans you need and two washing machines and two dryers. Host got back to me immediately when I had a question about the television which gave me the confidence to know I would be looked after if there was a problem. I personally wouldn’t stay anywhere else now I have found this and will be going back in a few months.

My Technician, Really enjoyed their stay here, the place was very clean and the host was very friendly and responsive if needed. i will definitley look to book this apartment again if needed in the future.

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

This was the first time I had stayed at Jade's place and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and considering it was near shops, bars and the seafront it was lovely and quiet. On one occasion I had to get in touch with Jade and she got back to me right away. I know the area so I was a bit concerned about parking but I didn't find that to be an issue at all! There are certain times when it is free to park on the street however if you have to use the nearby pay and display car park it is not overly expensive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cleethorpes.
