Cabin holiday rentals in North East

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

I've stayed before, and I will continue to come back. Hands down the best host to deal with. Extremely friendly, lightning fast responses, and over the top accommodating and inviting. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, more peaceful weekend get away. Thank you again so much. Absolutely love the new cabin! So clean and spacious. We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was super peaceful, the hot tub was so relaxing and enjoyable, we cooked over the fire (awesome fire pit with comfy chairs!), and the cabin was equipped with everything we could have needed and more! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was super clean- what more could you ask for!! Thank you to our super responsive hosts!!

Awesome stay at the good vibes cabin. We had a great time it’s affordable and only an hour and a half from Niagara Falls. Super clean beautiful scenery. Highly recommend off the hook seafood in dunkirk NY only 20 minutes away. The first night Angela introduced herself to us and showed us where everything was and was very welcoming and accommodating definitely stay here if you want to camp and have a peaceful stay. Will be staying again.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay the night on our way to Niagara Falls and came across this gem. Its the most unique, beautiful, peaceful place. Angie the host and her family were very accommodating and friendly. We even sat with them by the fire for the night. The cabins are perfect sizes and very well kept. You can tell she takes pride in them and just wants everyone to enjoy their stay. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This place is a gem in northwestern Pennsylvania. It’s perfect for nature lovers who enjoy birding, flora and fauna identification, outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and biking, and for those who want a quiet escape. The quirky decor adds a lively and entertaining touch of nostalgia while being accommodating in every way. Lee and Windle are excellent hosts communicating before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed the wood stove, metal roof and porch as it rained most of our stay but we were kept cozy and comfortable while still being a part of the outdoors. Highly recommended and we will return to check it out during different seasons of the year. Thank you for opening the is space for others to enjoy.

This was our second visit and it was just as cozy as the first for our family getaway. Loved seeing the geese and their babies. Everyone enjoyed the coffee bar and the view - including watching all the wildlife.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week. This place is a gem. We caught some fish and saw many different birds. The place was very clean and we appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! If you like the outdoors this is definitely a place to stay. We had a wonderful weekend at the Hite Camp celebrating my birthday! Alvey was super friendly and accommodating and we greatly appreciated the homemade muffins and fresh eggs. The cottage was cozy and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out at the fire pit in the evenings, listening to the frogs along the river. Our dog had a great time exploring the property and we liked how centrally located the cottage was. We made a day trip to Presque Isle State Park and there's hiking nearby at the Erie National Wildlife Refuge. A trip to Riverside Brewing Company is a must and it's in walking distance, too!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay during our annual "girls trip!" The place was very quiet, beautifully appointed, and perfect for just relaxing. It's also close to Jamestown where we enjoyed the Comedy Museum and Lucy and Desi Museum. We highly recommend staying at Sarah's Airbnb!

Wonderful place with an excellent host! An unmatched value for sure.👍🏻👍🏻 It is a distance to a full-fledged grocery or beverage store so I would suggest to arrive with special necessities that you may require.

Such a great place: very private, quiet and serene place to stay! No danger of disturbing other guests when you come and go. The wildlife is great: we saw deer and heard wild turkeys (anticipated) but we also saw and heard barred owls - such a treat! There are lots of places to visit on the lake like Bemus Point and Chautauqua Institution. The little town of Mayville has a great little eatery called Music for your Mouth if you want to grab some breakfast/lunch. The deck held our flat top Blackstone (we think 22") perfectly if you so desire to bring one with you (there is a perfectly good charcoal grill.) Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. If you want to be in the woods and very private - this is your place!

Sunset Cabin was immaculate and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little food preparation. We appreciated the spices and condiments on hand. There was even a box of pancake mix! The living room was comfortable with a working gas fireplace- which we especially appreciated during our chilly and rainy stay. The beds were comfortable. They were a little high to climb into for my wife. The cabin would comfortably accommodate 4 or 5 guests. The single bathroom might cause hesitation for some but the bathroom number is clearly described in the cabin description on AirB&B. I would readily recommend Sunset Cabin to others. The cabin is clean and comfortable and the setting is spectacular.

We liked everything very much, we stayed with the children, the children were delighted with the second floor, amazing nature, the pond, we liked everything very much, the owner provided coals for the barbecue, coffee, candles for lighting, everything was at the highest level

This is one of favorite locations to stay at. The Dreamweaver was different, but very cool. Very nice people working and surrounding the location.

Our two families with kids had a great time at this beautiful lake house. Emily sent us very clear/helpful instructions regarding check in/check out, and had a few great suggestions for places to visit. The area was nice and peaceful and tons to do in the nearby area. A wonderful experience!

Place was beautiful and peaceful. Everyone around was very friendly. Was exactly as advertised. Was easy to back up to a spot with truck and boat that had a pole with outlet on it to plug into for chargers. Close to boat launches to get boat in water. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
