It has a fenced in yard with room to play and a back deck to watch it all happen. We allow 2 small or 1 medium ( 20 to 40 lbs; 15 to 20 inches tall) well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. STR Permit: 200022 We have a cozy, Adirondack style, 2 bedroom apartment featuring two decks with an excellent view of Whiteface and the LP Horse show. Our rental is located across the street from the Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds above our small family business. It is our goal to offer a clean, affordable and comfortable space for visitors. We do allow well behaved dogs, however dogs who tend to startle easily and bark often are discouraged.
