We had a fantastic stay! Jane was absolutely lovely, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us as wedding guests attending an event at Two Woods Estate – just a short and convenient drive away. A special mention for the homemade brownies ( and the tea!) – they were delicious 😋

Absolutely gorgeous conversion which was perfect for me and my young dog who needed to recover after surgery and had to avoid stairs. Beautiful rooms - lovely taste with a sort of French feel, luxury hotel style to bedroom and bathroom. The views are stunning and the gardens on different levels are wonderful with lots of wildlife. It’s remote and feels very high up, yet only two miles to the nearest Sainsbury. TV with Netflix and Prime a bonus. I can’t recommend this place and Clare the owner enough. If you can book it you’ll be lucky!

A great place to stay after a visit to the wonderful Leonardslee Sculpture gardens and before flying out of Gatwick the following day. Everything you could need for a short visit. Note that the local pubs do not serve food on a Monday!

Place a little akward to find, need a door number on address when provided. Otherwise this is one of the best we’ve stayed in; never done an AnB before so this kid a whole new experience. Always used premiere Inn and this place came well above it.
