Holiday rentals with beach access in North Hempstead

Rrezarta was amazing she is warm and welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has all the stuff you need for a family and beach stuff too!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

This is our second time staying with Johanna and we hope to return in the future. It was a comfy home base while visiting family, and the host is always welcoming & a great communicator regarding house instructions, and available to answer questions. Happy guests!

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

Highly recommend this airbnb. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and makes you feel right at home. The host is very respectful and helpful

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

both Laura and Scott were incredibly hospitable and welcoming to their home. my family and I felt very comfortable and it gave us an immense amount of ease knowing that we could always reach out and within minutes we'd have a response to any questions we could have come up with. the location was absolutely stunning and had breathtaking views. in all honesty, the only thing I could possibly complain about was not having had a second bathroom which is not their fault. I've dealt with a handful of hosts before but never someone as easy and inviting as Laura and Scott have been. we are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Thank you for everything Nicole, we are very grateful for your attention to detail for your guests and genuine hospitality!!

The home was dated, but definitely worth the price. Convenient to shopping (Trader Joe's), access to I95, and just a short drive to downtown Darien. The amenities are also dated, i.e., not a walk-in shower but a jacuzzi type tub. Rory's restaurant was next door, which had very good food and reasonably priced. The host needs to add hand towels for the bathroom, and tea towels for the kitchen. The host was very responsive to text messages. Overall, we very much enjoyed the house.

Prince was a wonderful host..everything was just as listed in a peaceful and private location. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
