We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

Amazing stay, would definitely come back. A very peaceful experience and cozy and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Host was incredibly responsive and everything went seamlessly, stress free checkin, checkout, and parking. Thank you so much ✨️✨️🌈

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Close to everything we wanted to do including Universal Studios! There was plenty of room to decompress after a busy day! We would definitely stay here again when in the area:)

This is an adorable cottage in a convenient and quiet West Hollywood neighborhood. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. The cottage also had everything you could need in terms of amenities.

Great place to stay when visiting universal studios its about 5 min drive

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Es war einfach nur wundervoll bei Lizlott und Helmut! Die beiden sind zauberhaft, so freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich dort sofort wie zu Hause! Das Gästehaus ist ein Traum, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, man hat alles, was man braucht! Den Pool, die Feuerstelle, den Garten, man darf alles jederzeit mit benutzen. Von Thousand Oaks aus kann man viel unternehmen, die Strecken sind meist so 30 Minuten bis 1h entfernt (Ventura Beach, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, LA, etc.). TO selbst ist auch super schön, viele tolle Spielplätze (wir waren mit Kleinkind), kleine Parks, Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten! Lizlott kann einem tollen Tippe geben (wir waren auf eine kleinen Family Farm, das war wundervoll). Wir können dieses Gästehaus nur empfehlen! ❤️

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

Me and family went to Southern California to go to a wedding , staying at Karen’s place was so peaceful and therapeutic. We were able to relax and yet have fun. Thank you for being an amazing host.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

We've really enjoyed staying at Sabrina's place. We LOVE the backyard with a dining table, basketball hoop, and the sitting areas. Part of the backyard has a roof so it was great on hot days. The bedrooms, kitchen and the living room are very spacious. The place is super clean and we felt right at home when we arrived. Another thing we loved were the many windows they have. It was great that we could open all the windows to let fresh air/ breeze into the house. The front porch was nice to sit and chat. We would go back again.

This is a nice, tiny studio in a fantastic Burbank location with a great yard. I had issues with how soft and squishy the bed was. I have a bad back and could not sleep on it, but if soft beds are your thing, you might love it. there's a great TV with a nice big couch you can sleep on and a well appointed kitchen. There are air good conditioners in both ends of the studio so it stays cool, and the style of the place made it really fun to chill. Make sure you bring something to hang your toiletries from as there isn't any counter space in the bathroom.

Sage’s Reihenhaus in Glendale ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für jeden Los Angeles-Aufenthalt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Doppelgarage, großem Wohn-Essraum und zwei Schlafzimmern. Sie hat einen schönen, modernen Stil und ist sehr hell. Die Lage im sympathischen Stadtteil Glendale ist hervorragend. Restaurants und Shops sind in Fußweite und mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten im Griffith-Park, in Downtown in etwa 25 Minuten. Die am Reihenhaus vorbeiführende Strasse ist mit wunderschönen Bäumen gesäumt, sodass man gar nicht glaubt, in einer Großstadt zu sein. Sage ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Lili's place was like home but better! Peaceful pool and jacuzzi, spacious backyard for sunbathing, enjoying a meal or smoke, and a cozy house that fits two ppl perfectly. Beautiful fixtures and a washer and dryer. Best part: couples robes. It was like we were at a hotel. Parking available at all times and like 10 mins or less to Universal Studios. We would return.

Valeriya is an excellent host. She truly is an “invisible fairy host”! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property. I keep coming back because it’s comfortable, inviting, has all the amenities you need and in a safe neighborhood! I’ve stayed here for such long periods of time, the kind neighbors have all come up to me at different times introducing themselves because they think I’m the new owner! 😂 It’s a great home and anyone who stays here will be very satisfied.

Loved the bungalow and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive when I asked for ice as it was a scorcher the day I arrived. Will stay again next time in LA.

Lauren’s place was absolutely wonderful! It offered the perfect blend of privacy and comfort, with a spotless interior and a charming little back patio that made our stay feel extra special. I stayed there with my mother and baby, and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The peaceful surroundings were perfect for taking the baby on walks and soaking in the beautiful scenery. Lauren was incredibly responsive and kind—always quick to answer our questions and genuinely friendly throughout. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
