Beachfront holiday rental in North Karelia

Would definitely recommend booking this place! The cabin is lovely and the location is great. It is right next to a beautiful lake and close to the Koli national park.

Our stay at Emmy's cottage was perfect. A wonderful place in a truly beautiful part of the world. The cottage had everything that you would want of a Finnish mökki holiday, and was the perfect base to explore Savonlinna and the whole Saimaa region. It made for a memorable experience. Lovely spot with nice walking trails in the national park and also from the house. Used the canoe for a gentle paddle in the evening - beautiful!

Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Neben purer Erholung gab es dort auch reichlich Aktivitäten die uns angeboten wurden um den Aufenthalt so einzigartig wie möglich zu machen. Die Rodelbahn welche sich nur paar Gehminuten entfernt vom Haus befindet war eine super beschäftigung für klein und groß. Mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Schneemobil konnten wir super die Umgebung erforschen und durch die verschneiten Wälder fahren. Das hat uns mega viel spaß gemacht! Highlight war auch das Eisbaden im See nach der Sauna sowie das Eisangeln. Lieben Dank an Arthur und seinen Sohn fürs Loch aufsägen im gefrorenen See😁. Auf jeden Fall eine Erfahrung wert! wir können dieses Haus von der ganzen Familie aus nur empfehlen und versichern Ihnen sie werden einen Urlaub haben wie noch nie zuvor mit genug Spaß und Erholung.

Mökki oli erittäin hyvin varustettu, kotoisa ja viihtyisä. Paikka oli kaunis ja rauhallinen, loistavat ulkoilumaastot ja kuitenkin lähellä palveluita.

Beautiful environment. We loved the sauna and we went out for a small tour on the lake. Also a friendly host :)

Soggiorno andato molto bene, comprendeva tutti i setvizi indicati. Bagni e cucina erano molto puliti e non c'era troppa gente, probabilmente per la bassa stagione. Location stupenda! Ci siamo trovati bene.

Our stay at the villa was just amazing. We usually never go to the same place twice but we both are considering to come back again.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the silence, starry skies, and beautiful views. Great location and the host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Kodikas siisti talo kivalla paikalla, sopi ryhmämme viikonloppumajoitukseen täydellisesti. Majoittaja vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti ja mielestämme kohteen hinta/laatusuhde oli erinomainen.

Keskeinen,hieno sijainti, kaikki tarpeellinen ja jopa jotain ekstraakin löytyi. Parvekkeelta loistavat näkymät. Parkkipaikkaa jouduimme hiukan hakemaan luultavasti oopperan vuoksi. Tulemme luultavasti toisenkin kerran.

Great place to stay! Has everything needed for a great vacation and the location is superb. Bikes and boats are provided for free. We really enjoyed exploring the lake by boat. We are looking forward to coming back one day :)

Our group of seven spent four nights at Miia's cottage on the shores of Linnansaari National Park. We had an excellent time! The main cottage is on the small side for seven, the three kids were going to sleep in a loft space but with the noise challenges of lofts we elected to have them sleep in the sauna cottage, which has a beautiful sleeping space. We took full advantage of the ping pong table, darts, hot tub and sauna(s). We also rowed over to nearby islands several times (tons of mushrooms growing over there!). There were no other people nearby, really, so it felt very private. The back deck is perfect for lounging and eating meals when the weather is good. Miia helped us find a local fishing guide and gave us other helpful recommendations. We popped south to Savonlinna one day to walk the town and have a meal. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at Miia's!

Asunto oli siisti ja tilava ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Iso parveke oli viihtyisä. Hostit vastasivat viesteihin nopeasti, olivat ystävällisiä ja joustavia. Suosittelen!

Tommi ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Tolle Stadtwohnung sehr modern. Wir kamen für eine Nacht. Sehr sauber und frischriechende Bettwäsche.Direkter Zugang zum See. Burg, Park, Einkaufen, Restaurants fussläufig. Vielen Dank , ich empfehle!

Kävimme täällä talvella helmikuussa 2025. Upeat puitteet ja rauhallinen ja kaunis miljöö. Takka oli valmiiksi ladattu ja mökistä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Sauna antaa kovat löylyt, kannattaa heittää maltilla vettä. Upea paikka ja varmasti vielä kauniimpi kesällä, kun voi nautisella myös pihasta ja rantalaiturista.

Geweldige plek met prachtig meer en mooie steiger om te vissen of te zwemmen. Heerlijke sauna, ook om te baden. We hebben genoten. Kregen leuke tips van Marjatta voor wandelingen, ze is erg hulpvaardig!
