Large 1 BR, minutes from the beach in Waikoloa

Unit 137 at the Shores at Waikoloa is beautiful! It is walking minutes from Anaeho’omalu Bay which boasts a stunningly scenic sand beach, especially at sunset. 'A' bay is also steps from the Marriott and the Lava Lava beach club. Our condo is equally close to the shops and restaurants at the Kings and Queen malls. Golf at the King's course is just across the way in Waikoloa or you can head up to the Village a few miles and play up there. This is a very walkable area and worth exploring.

Location, Location, Location! Fairway Villas is walking distance to most everything you could want in a Hawaiian Vacation. Located in beautiful Waikoloa, this condo is arguably the best unit in the entire complex. You have beautiful views of Mauna Kea, the heated saltwater infinity pool, the golf course and palm trees. You can walk to the grocery store, most restaurants in Waikola within 5 to 10 minutes, A-Bay Beach, Lava Lava Restaurant & Bar, Starbucks, the Hilton Waikoloa Village, etc.

My home is a classic Hawaiian ranchette on the slopes of Hualalai, on 3 acres of beautiful Hawaiian forest. It has beautiful lanais, a deck with hot tub downstairs, along with a workout room and ping pong table. KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
