Holiday rentals with breakfast in North Lincolnshire

My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

We had a lovely stay while attending a wedding in the area. It was very peaceful and the home was as in the pictures. Would have loved to have stayed a little longer to explore the area as it looked very beautiful!

It was everything we were expecting, central for all the heritage visits that we were planning to do. It was brought to our attention that we would have to be able to climb stairs. Sadly as an elderly couple we did struggle. Certainly didn't spoil our stay.

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

We found Kate's place to be of a very high standard. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean and tidy. The extras, such as homemade granola, plus milk and yogurt, and a couple of chocolates were much appreciated. The location was very peaceful. I managed to leave my phone charger behind which Kate is posting back to me!

Syed was a very responsive host, who provided clear instructions, and the breakfast things that he provided was a nice touch. The house is in a good location - half a mile from the centre of town, and close to motorway networks, but in a quiet location overlooking a park.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Hedgehog Cottage and felt truly welcome. Everything clean and as listed! The most accommodating hosts, we ordered dinner from their pub which they delivered to the house (and it tasted amazing!!) Safety wise, everything was up to date and all alarms present and working, which is always reassuring. Kitchen and bathroom spotless and very well kitted it. A fantastic stay! Our only caution, the water can get extremely hot!!

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

One of the best finds . book this place . On arrival cath greeted myself with warmest of smiles and showed me around and how to use the absolutely amazing log fire.. the place is definitely wow factor.. Spotlessly gleaming, furnishings and fixtures all so cosy and warm , the shower room was heaven , the bed , well I have disc damage and that was like sleeping on a cloud . Location was perfect for xscape, junction 32 and links to m62 , also a chippy opposite the Rd and a circle of small shops , sandwich shop etc 5 min walk.. cath left out all essentials for breakfast and a nice cuppa.. one of the best places I've ever stayed .. definitely will be booking again very soon when back home visiting family .. loved it From Nikki - Northern Ireland

I stayed at Abbie’s place for 12 weeks whilst working in Hull and it genuinely felt like a home away from home! Abbie was extremely helpful throughout, always responding promptly and being flexible to suit my needs. The flat was beautiful - modern and clean with all the amenities you need. Great location on a busy street full of things to do, but not too loud at the same time. No complaints, would love to stay again if I’m ever in Hull.

The studio was spotlessly clean and in a great location with Boston Spa high street just a few minutes walk away. As people have pointed out, it gets very hot in the main space when the sun is out as it was for our visit. However the bedroom is shaded and therefore cooler, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The only niggle was the lack of a toaster which would have been welcome to toast the bread which was part of the otherwise delicious breakfast. However this was a minor point and the studio was otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

What a little gem. The photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect location for our visits to the races at market rasen, Lincoln and the coast. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and while they were next door, the Airbnb still felt private. The bathroom is spotless and spacious, the little kitchen area had everything we needed and the welcome pack of breakfast items was really welcome. We loved the bedroom/living area. Such a comfy bed and much more space than we expected. The most wonderful surprise was the stunning garden which we could sit in and enjoy. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely space, the flat was ideal for us and very well described in the listing. It is in a peaceful area in north Leeds, and suited us well as we could walk to meet our family. Patrick was a very responsive host, who communicated well, and left clear instructions in the flat. The space is clutter free and modern, and it was nice to have supplies in the fridge.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

Stayed for 5 days for work purposes. Surprised & delighted with milk, butter and marmalade in the fridge, cereals and bread. Perfect for my needs as I needed an area I could use as an office space and there was plenty of space. There’s shops, take aways & a supermarket all nearby. Felt secure and the hosts were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend and would hope to stay again one day

Very welcoming people, they offer to give us a lift in and out of town, each was much appreciate. amazing full of character little cottage room, very clean and tidy place.

Richard is an amazing host. As soon as we arrived he offered us a welcomed cup of tea. We sat in the beautiful garden chatting easily with Richard and Neil…like old friends. The accommodation was lovely…so tastefully decorated! The room is very private and quiet…overlooking the garden. Breakfast was enjoyed in the bright sun room. Richard makes delicious coffee. We wish we could have stayed longer. An absolute gem. Highly recommend Bow View!

We had a wonderful stay at Catherine and her husband’s B&B. They were both incredibly friendly and welcoming, regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotless—immaculately clean and well looked after—and the surrounding area was perfect for scenic walks and peaceful exploration. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Claire is such a beautiful human being. She was there to greet us on arrival. Made us feel right at home from the offset. We would highly recommend staying here. Claire goes above and beyond to make her guests feel like part of the family.

Florence's location was just where I needed it to be for a brief, one night stay in Doncaster, and at a very reasonable cost. I did not spend much time at her place, but my room was comfortable enough and Florence was a lovely host. I greatly appreciated both the refrigerator and the fan in the room. Please note, for those like me who might be older - the room I stayed in is on the very top floor (up 3 flights of stairs), the bathroom is down 2 flights of stairs from the room, and the stall shower was not operational during my stay (but the climb-in tub did jhave a hand-held shower unit).

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The surroundings are peaceful, the room was spacious and comfortable and Susan was so lovely and helpful. My highlights were: Very comfy bed, peace and quiet, gorgeous toiletries, big bath, lovely breakfast, very friendly hosts and little touches like bath bombs and chocolates.
