Holiday rentals with beach access in North Naples, Naples Park

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Charming 1 bedroom with a pool. Allows pets and my dog loved it! Very clean and private and perfect location to beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Updated bathroom is amazing; studio kitchen has everything you need. Wifi works great and smart tv was easy to use! They even brought in a monitor so I could work remote easily. Would definitely rent there again!

We had a great stay at this place in Naples! It was a quick 5-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do and it was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again!

Located a short walk from Mercato which offers shopping, dining and entertainment. Vanderbilt beach is about a 25 minute walk, which is great because parking is often full. Inside the rental is like a little sanctuary. Outside is unremarkable. Parking is steps away. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Dara’s place was pristine and very homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We have rented in this neighborhood before, but this location was definitely quieter at night which we loved. No wild parties at rentals nearby. It was dog friendly which was great for us. Most of all Dara was without a doubt the most responsive host from all the AirBnBs we have rented over the years. We had a minor issue with the sink and she literally had a repairman there in under an hour. She answered every text instantaneously. We were very pleased with this choice and the only minor suggestion we would have would be to install a keyless entry versus using keys since it proved tricky when individuals from our family were going in different directions and we needed to figure who takes the keys. Great rental overall!

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

Was a great house with plenty of room both in bedroom space and bathrooms. The pool area with hot tub and projector screen was awesome. Was very cool to night swim and watch something on the big screen. Everything was labeled which made finding things super easy and the host was outstanding. Made sure we had everything we needed and was beyond accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in that area.

We were looking for a family get away for a while since our LO was born and this place was exactly what we needed! Great location and walking distance to the beach. Provided all the necessities we needed for the babe! If you are not in a mood to go out, just stay home and relax in the pool all day! All beach necessities were provided in the package. And the place was spectacular. Kyle always promptly responded to all the queries. We would definitely stay in the same place if we decide to revisit Naples again.

Amazing property. Really enjoyed the weekend with my friends at the house. Amazing pool, beautifully decorated. Host was very responsive, we had a minor incovenience at check in with the pool, but host quickly resolved the issue.

Very nice home. The place has a great room with lots of room to sit and dine for a group. The salt water pool was excellent. Half mile walk to beach. Lovely area.

I so wish I could give more than 5 stars! Sam and Rexhina’s property is absolutely perfect, extremely close to the beach, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, super clean and beautifully kitted out. The BEST part was the incredible pool/backyard area, WOW!! We spent the majority of our mornings enjoying the pool before heading to the beach in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset. This is the most ideal location. So close to the shops and local amenities - you definitely don’t need to travel far to get the basics! 5th Ave is a short drive away and we took advantage of this on many occasions, the area is absolutely gorgeous and we travelled around to experience the local surroundings. Sam and Rexhina are incredible hosts! I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. We cannot wait to return next year to enjoy this beautiful property all over again! Sam was SOOO responsive, literally replied to messages within minutes, amazing, amazing hosts!!!!

Very close to 5th Ave and the beach. Plenty to do between the pool, shuffle board, corn hole, and board games. The bikes and beach chairs were in use daily. Responded to any questions or requests we had. Overall a great experience.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great proximity to Fifth Avenue and Mercato as well as the beach. Was great having a fun restaurant inside at the pool. Good space for two people. Lots of closet space. Host was very responsive and helpful.
