An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect seaside vacation! 🌊🏖️

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

Our stay was great. The house and pool were awesome. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again if we get the chance. The inclusion of beach chairs and other amenities was excellent and really makes the value for the price be very good. Elina was an excellent host.

I was very pleased with this rental. It was spotless, meticulously remodeled, and the host was very nice to us. She even put out snacks for us. There were free beach umbrellas and chairs as well as sand toys. There were four bikes in the garage. It was less than five minutes from the beach. She was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The home was clean. The Wi-Fi was super fast and there was cable as well. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever had.

Loved this newly renovated house and pool in a convenient area of Naples. The house was very peaceful. Even though the house is small, the layout was great. Also liked the screened in patio.

Fabulous house! Beautiful master bedrooms, very spacious. Katharine was beyond accommodating when our flights got changed last minute for check in. Fast with her responses whenever I had a question about the pool temperature. Would use Katharine’s properties again with no hesitation

The place has an excellent location, the host is very professional, the house is impeccable and a very good mosquito net to enjoy the terrace at any time, the beach is close as well as the restaurants, we loved it!!

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is just a short drive from Vanderbilt Beach, great restaurants, and charming downtown. We loved how easy it was to explore the area and then return to such a peaceful and comfortable home base. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this house has everything you need for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

Staying at Ashley’s place was such a peaceful and beautiful experience! The home was not only spotless but incredibly cozy it instantly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the decor gave it such a warm and relaxing vibe. The pool was absolutely amazing clean, private, and perfect for morning swims or just lounging in the sun. It really made the whole stay feel like a resort getaway. Ashley was a wonderful host, super responsive and kind, and made sure everything was just right from the moment we arrived. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and stylish escape!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Lesley’s place. We had a last-minute change in plans after another Airbnb fell through during check-in, and I booked Lesley’s home on short notice. Her team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which turned what could have been a stressful start to our mother-daughter trip into a smooth and relaxing experience. The home is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked—especially the kitchen. The backyard is serene, and we had an amazing time unwinding there. The bedrooms are spacious, and having TVs in every room was a great bonus. I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs in this area over the years, and this one by far stands out. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again!

Great stay! Lisa was the best host. House was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was very nice and quiet and private. Less than 5 minutes from quality shopping and dining and near the beach. Beds were very comfy. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Great spacious three bedroom home with private pool within a 3.5 minutes bike ride to the beach. Nancy was a very friendly and responsive host! The four bikes were very helpful to get to the beach quickly and the bike lanes to the beach helped get there safely. The pool was heated and great for all types, there is a shallow step in portion to a full deep end so anyone can relax in the pool. Overall really enjoyed the space!

My 27-year-old daughter and I had the good fortune to stay here recently and we are already scheming about how we can come back! In short - this home was absolutely magical! (Come stay and you will see what I mean!) The exterior, which has lush and layered landscaping (both in front and in back) paired with a gorgeous pool, creates your own private outdoor oasis. The interior was equally matched with beautiful (yet comfortable) "contemporary coastal" interior design, complete with amazing original art. Felt like being a special guest in your favorite person's home rather than in a rental property! Luxurious updated bathrooms/showers and modern kitchen open to the family room with large flatscreen tv...everything wonderfully outfitted! We just felt good being in here... bright and cheery with a cool (not kitschy) beach vibe. Too many little thoughtful details to list here, but the takeaway is that Ann is the ultimate host who is invested in giving her guests a memorable stay! Thank you!

I stayed in Caroline’s place for the weekend with family and it was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated with gorgeous furniture. The kitchen was amazing with new looking appliances. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy. My family’s favorite part was the Pac-Man game near the entrance that we became obsessed with. The showers had amazing water pressure and were squeaky clean. It had everything you needed for the beach: several comfy beach chairs, big umbrella and even a little wagon to take things in. There was a washer and dryer that was easy to use. Caroline was quick to respond and checked in throughout our stay which we appreciated. Overall it was a perfect stay and I could not recommend this place enough! We will definitely be coming back!
