Holiday rentals with a patio in North Park, San Diego

Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

We can't say enough about the home. With nature right at your front door, you feel like you are miles away from the rest of the world. But with North Park restaurants and bars just around the corner, you can have a great night out and come back to the sound of chirping birds. Hendrick is a great host a his place is a little slice of paradise.

This spot was so cute! The location is in between all the fun spots, little Italy, sunset cliffs, downtown, mission beach. We went to the social bowl which was right down the street and such a fun time, Monday’s are happy hour $5 drinks! The rooftop at the bnb was nice too, especially being able to see the city lights at night. You can get street parking (wasn’t too hard to find a spot) for $1/hr from 8am-6pm or pay $20/day for their gated parking. Only thing I’d say wasn’t the best is the couch was super stained, so we just shared the bed which was fine. And the shower soap that is provided isn’t the best so just bring your own if that’s important to you! Outside there are some sketchy people who walk around but it kind of comes with being anywhere downtown. Nobody bothered us. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

The place was really nice! The only struggle for myself was finding it but I was sent instructions with pictures before hand so that was helpful. The parking is a little stressful as it’s very steep so be wary of this if your car is on the older side. Overall, I would stay here again (: super cozy and clean.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy South Park. Cute, clean, updated, and in a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shops. John and his team were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

This place is located in the heart of South Park, close to balboa park, a short drive to North Park, and with 10 minutes of downtown. Great place with lots of outdoor plants, privacy, and plenty of amenities.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Kevin was the best AirBnB host we’ve ever had. He was super responsive and checked on us numerous times. Even went out of his way to bring extra towels half way through our stay. The house was very nice and in an excellent location. Kevin went above and beyond and provided excellent recommendations on dining and things to do. We will be back! Thank you Kevin!

Great place to stay in San Diego! The house was very clean and comfortable, just as advertised. My dog especially loved the large enclosed backyard and long walks around the neighborhood. It was nice and quiet at night, making for a good night's sleep!

Such a lovely place for our group of 7. The backward is the star of the show - it’s so cozy and beautifully decorated. Anthony and Cassie were extremely warm, hospitable, and responsive. Thank you for letting us stay with you and making our trip one to remember!

This was a lovely spot for a couple of days! It was very clean and comfortable, as well as well stocked with the essentials. We appreciated the detailed house manual with clear instructions and local food recommendations. The side patio was a pleasant little hangout spot too!

Tim’s AirBnB was absolutely amazing. A few of us from work all came down for a Padres games and we couldn’t be more happier with our stay! Super private place, very cozy and clean. Tim was absolutely amazing and left us a very nice welcome note. 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you again. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Matthew's place was truly a perfect fit! My husband and I were in town for a Birthday trip to the San Diego Zoo, and this property could not have been better. The neighborhood is very quiet and the space feels private. Clean does not begin to describe the apartment, bathroom, kitchen, living space, all pristine. All appliances were updated and clean. Everything we needed was there and Mattew had coffee supplies ready to go for us. The mattress and bedding were so comfortable, we slept really well. The house is literally 10 minutes from Balboa Park and the Zoo and many great places to eat and browse. Check in was a breeze, street parking was not a problem, and our stay was definitely the better for Matthew and this property. Thank you Matthew! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Truly a gem!

Loved this stay! Was looking for a short stay to take a lil journey of self reflection then saw Zina and Craig's listing. I hit em up, they welcomed me and once there it was indeed exactly what I sought. I love what they're doing, it's brilliant, I've never seen a 420 Karen to give a host grief and the hosts themselves are so welcoming! And the place is choked full of creature comforts, snacks, dishes, coffee, games and 420 themed books, it's clear they take pride in their rentals and care about their guests. I'll be back and I LIVE here in San Diego.

Daniel's San Diego home was an absolute dream come true for our family of six! It far surpassed all our expectations and stands out as our best Airbnb experience to date. The amenities were simply amazing – the game room, movie theater, pool, and spa provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone. Daniel was also incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We genuinely hope to stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen - all you need for a perfect getaway. Close to airport and so many restaurants including Little Italy, Old Town, and University area. Will definitely stay again!

Carla was a very responsive host with great check-in and check-out instructions! There were a lot of restaurants and spots to check out around the area within walkable distance. Highly recommend!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

This is our second time staying at Niloofar’s Airbnb and it was, again, a fantastic experience. It is a great location within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb is clean, matches the photos exactly, and was the perfect base camp for a family of four. Niloofar was also extremely responsive; after an initial mixup she immediately made sure we had a pack n’ play for our son. Everything about our stay was great; we can’t say enough about this location and host—we hope to be back soon!!

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!

Loved staying here! The apartment was charming, super clean, just as advertised, and the one breakfast recommendation they made (Cafe Madeleine) was so excellent, we went there all three days of our trip! Ignat checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and answered questions very quickly. I felt very welcomed! Sheets were extra soft. Loved the place and will stay here again on our next trip to SD!
