Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

Rae’s place is fantastic, in a nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs around. Also nice local parks and access to transport. Would thoroughly recommend for people like me who are sick of high rise hotels and want something more comfortable and local.

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

This little house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the central business district. Some nice Vietnamese, Thai and ramen restaurants are a couple of blocks away. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. We arrived in winter and had never experienced combination aircon-heating units before but are query was quickly answered as were all other questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs across Australia over the years, and this has been one of the most thoughtfully equipped and comfortable homes we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The house is filled with entertainment options — from a pool table and home entertainment system to kids’ books and board games — perfect for families or anyone looking to relax indoors. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, not just with appliances and cookware, but with condiments, cling wrap, and even items you wouldn’t normally expect like a travel charger. It truly felt like everything had been thought of. The rooms were cosy and well-heated, making it a warm and welcoming retreat. Most importantly, all we needed to bring were our clothes — everything else was provided. A fantastic stay that sets a new standard for what a great Airbnb experience should be. Highly recommended!

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Kasia & Reit’s place. The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was well-organized, and the house rules were clearly laid out, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Check in was easy and Julie was always responsive. Her apartment is like a home away from home. She placed good quality furniture, utensils, crockery for her guests to use. You can feel her sincerity in giving her guests the best experience one can get. There were many little surprises around the apartment, I’ll leave future guests to find out on their own! Keisha’s place is exactly as described, peaceful, clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Great value for the area. We loved the Venetian blinds inside and the place is very quiet. Keisha and Jenny were extremely accommodating hosts and went above and beyond to help. We extended by 2 nights. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
